This reviews is based on an experience really only dealing with Target con. Other purchases or pickups have all run smoothly and without issue. However, today's drop of exclusives was a complete mess. To begin with, their listings were suppose to begin at 9am cst. That didn't happen. It was a good 10-15 minutes past the release time and nothing was being done. When they were ultimately fixed, Target asked for a sign in. Okay, there's no issue with that. But as soon as you did, any items you had placed in your cart were taken out. Essentially meaning you had to start over again and by that time, they were out of stock. I've dealt with Funko shop's drops and even a few other sites, but none were as frustrating as this one. As far as I'm concerned, I won't ever be purchasing online exclusives like this from them. Disappointed and frustrated..
I recommend this i really do its one of the best stores ever made and a little bit expensive but still decent
I purchased 5 different items online. Initially prompted me that items I'm purchasing are available for same day delivery. Boy was I wrong to order from Target. At check out it turned out that its only available for 2-days. That 2 days became 7 days, then 10 days. I get delayed shipment emails every day. Now my order are being delivered one item per day, such a waste. One of the items is 3 orders of a hand soup, which came in 3 different shipment almost 2 weeks after Target's delivery claim of same day delivery. Target online ordering is at least a decade behind today's norm.
Do not go to to the 541 store in Burlington. They sell expired food and when you call the store and tell them they don't care! Someone can get sick off of that and if my son ate that and got sick it would of been a law suit!. Rosalie the CFT was no help and she was very rude!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought a night stand from there. While building it I noticed 2 cracked load bearing boards, which I glued and clamped and all the holes needed drilled out because they were not deep enough and would have cracked the boards installing the screws. There was also a repair that had been done to the front face using putty and sand paper, but wasn't re-stained so I had to touch that up. I also had to put in supports on the bottom shelf because there was none per design and would have sagged as soon as I put weight on it. I contacted customer service for a partial refund for my extra work on the stand and to save them return shipping fees. Their only options were to return the stand for a new one, but they were completely out of stock until for 3 months or return the stand for a refund. I made the stand usable after hours of building and fixing it so did not want to return it at all, just a discount of 10% or 20% or something. They refuse to answer me. So now I have to disassemble it and return it, which costs them much more in shipping than a discount. Then I have to wait for a refund and then purchase from someone else. Terrible customer service and a terrible experience!

I like how Target still sells compact discs. I know it's so common today where most music is downloaded online but I'm old school when it comes to music and like the hard copy. I found at Target Taylor Swift's 2 new compact discs Folklore and Evermore. As usual The store was clean and staff was attentive. Both discs are very good very mellow. Thanks Target for still selling compact discs.
While online looking to place an order for women's jewelry, I was not given the option for shipping. On each item it only gave the option to pick up in store. NOW with COVID numbers up across the country, I would think there would be the option for delivery. When I called customer service the rep was so uninterested, did not try to find another method for me to receive the items I wanted and then hung up on me while I was asking for any other option.
I have had several issues with Target online and this was NO different! I also asked the rep if I cannot pick it up in the store and the items are "NOT eligible" for shipping, HOW am I supposed to purchase & receive the items?!
NEVER use Target.com OR Targetredcard for ANY assistance or help with your online purchases! Your frustration, like mine does not matter to them, nor do they care if they have your business!
I ordered my gift cards online because of the delivery date. These cards were to be delivered on 12/9 which was ok but I have to mail these cards out so i didn't have much room for delay. Today is 12/12 and my cards have still not been delivered now I am being told that they are scheduled for delivery today (although the tracking says the number is invalid!) by supervisor Logan, at Target gift cards. As I suspected the cards were not delivered today is 12/13 and they should have been here on 12/9 and of course now the tracking number is no good, Target only tells you after you call and complain that the cards will now take 7 business days. The customer service people refuse to understand that these were gifts to be mailed elsewhere. I know I was told it was to be delivered yesterday to get me off the phone. I am really angry because I could have picked them up at the store but thought I would save time if I got them Wednesday instead of Saturday. The gift cards are not sold through a 3rd party vendor so Target can do what they want. Had I been told that I could not return these cards and that the delivery date would be different I would have not ordered them online. I have been a loyal Target customer for over 21 years, buyers be ware even if its a company you have dealt with for years, it is not the same, the service is now consistently horrible. I might as well shop at the Dollar Tree at least I know what I am getting there. BE CAREFUL TARGET GIFT CARDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NON- CANCELLABLE, NO HELP AT ALL FROM TARGER!
I don't know how to express how disappointed in Target that I have become in the last few months. Due to covid issues, I no longer travel to the large city an hour away to do my shopping, but mostly shop online. Target was fine back in March and April. Since then they no longer ship many/most items to my zip code. If I lived in an urban area, I wouldn't need things shipped to my zip code, but more rural areas are the ones that need their service the most. Last week, I ordered five gift cards for Christmas presents to family members. Apparently it will take 10+ days to receive them, and when I tried to cancel my order, they refused to do so. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. They are giving away their business, and I hope it comes back to bite them.
I honestly don't get all the negative reviews. I think they're great. I love being able to order online and pick up within hours. The stores are always too packed for my liking with COVID going on. Haven't had any issues with my orders - pick up or delivered. I can get most of my essential household goods at Target.
I ordered a TracFone prepaid card online this morning. It's to be delivered by email. They say it takes about 4 hours. Well it's been more than 10 hours and I have not received the email. No way on their website to cancel. I ordered another one online from WalMart and received it within 10 minutes. Do not buy prepaid cards online from Target. Frustrating!
…the website is sooo iffy. Sometimes it works, sometimes it won't load. Sometimes you can find what's in your store, sometimes you can't. There have also been times I've tried to add something that was *definitely* in stock to my cart, but when I hit the add button the site freaked out and told me that item was unavailable. I prefer shopping at Target in person, the app or website can be a bit unreliable.
I purchased a pair of overalls through Target's website from another store in my state. It automatically prompted me to pay $5.99 for shipping. Didn't like the item so I decided to return it to my local store. I was able to get a full refund for yourself back on the credit card. However I was told by a know-it-all Young worker, that I should have never paid for shipping because my purchase was over $25. I was in given a toll free number to call which I did from their parking lot. It is 7 days later and I still have not received my refund period And I have made six phone calls and spoke with various CSR's. If there was a way for me not to pay for shipping, I would have found it. I do not feel that any customer should have to wait this long of a period of time and speak to various Representatives to have their money put back into their account in a timely manner.
I don't like target at all! They have some very anti American views! They support BLM not the meaning the anarchy that comes with it! It's funny as they were the main victims of the looting! I went in today, September 17 for a flu vaccine. After finding the pharmacist who wasn't there at first, I was moved into one of the dressing rooms that they are currently using for administering the shots. The pharmacist walked in with her mask down around her chin. I couldn't believe it. I asked if she would please put her mask on properly, which she did. To be honest, I should've turned around and left right then. It's hard to believe that someone is working in the pharmacy and walks around like that without regard for the people who are coming in to do their part so we can all stay healthy.
Kayla in Ocala Florida that works in electronics is absolutely amazing, I'm 9 months pregnant and I told her how upset I was leaving Walmart and a absolutely wouldn't help me, so I came to Target and I wanted a TV to drop to a she was doing took the TV to my car carried it on her shoulder LOL put it in my car shut the door she was so nice, Kayla is an asset to this Target Store Ocala Florida
Went to Target on 4707 Pacific Ave, stockton found two pokemon box that was also on sale from gamestop.com and so I went to go check out at register and ask for price match, at first employee said they don't price match gamestop, which i told them that it's one of their store listed on there site that they price matched for. Waited for manger for 10 mins and a supervisor comes over and just scan the item and says that its not from target but a different supplier and that they can't do price match, which i said its in your store your target and you guys have the price matched guaranteed on ya website, still didnt get no price match no sorry or anything, told them i need corporate number and call them, talk to one of their representatives and he told me that I needed the actual recipet from gamestop to get the price match, its their policy. In my head I was like why the hell I'm asking for price match for if I already purchase from another store not helpful at all and $#*!ed $#*! policy
My kid saved her money for months so that she could buy an iPhone. When it arrived it was missing the earbuds and charger. After 2 hours on the phone, they agreed to send her earbuds and charger, instead they sent her another phone but no earbuds and charger. Then the battery would not charge. Multiple phone calls, hours of time, no working phone.
Terrible! Been trying to call for the last two days and nobody answers for a simple question. I live in El Paso Texas trying to call the one on Gateway and now I'm just going to call the other store. Hopefully I don't get the same type of no answer.

To answer this question, IT DEPENDS on where you live and what you order. If you're right next to their warehouse, SURPRISE, it's there in a day and you think they are fantastic. If you live far away, the item is no longer in stock or they are slow to fill it, it could take six weeks. It did for us on a couple of occasions, SO it's the luck of the draw and certainly NOT better than Amazon.

Answer: I was unable to purchase a prepaid phone card with my gift card. This fact was not disclosed in the product description so I found out at the checkout when it was too late. Now am stuck with the useless gift card. I am very disappointed in Target shopping and will never buy anything from them ever again. I do not recommend Target shopping to anyone. Spare yourself some aggravation and shop elsewhere. Enough said.
