Target's website is pretty easy to use. They have pictures, descriptions and options to deliver to your home or pick up at a store. You can use Target circle or your 5% Target card and sometimes have great Internet deals. The only thing it lacks is to order groceries to be brought to your car. You have to have the Target app for that otherwise you have to go inside the store to pick up your orders. I'd like to see Target adopt a similar system to Khols with buting items and bringing them to your car. Other than that I really like using their website.
I am a 67 year old resident of Prescott Valley. While riding a cart, (I cannot lift or push more than 10 lbs, but I walk just fine) and talking to a friend on my phone, shopping in the Prescott Target, I tried to maneuver the cart around a display, and it got hung up. A young female employee came to (I THOUGHT) assist me. As she worried about the display rather than me, I got myself untangled. As I rode off, she said, " Maybe you should get off your phone and use both hands and that wouldn't happen." I stopped, and asked her to repeat what she said. She did. I informed her that it is not her place to scold me for talking on the phone. My friend on the phone asked what was happening, and I told her an employee was "... $#*!ing at me about being on my phone." Twenty five minutes later I was approached by a "manager" named Mike. He told me that he understood there had been an "altercation" between me and an employee. I was accused of swearing at his employee and I was told to leave the store. Poor little thing... Had to actually do some work rearranging a display that got mussed, and someone hurt her little feelings, so she ran to a manager. So in this literal ghost town of a store, I left my cart and walked out. The manager's first mistake was thinking I am a little old lady he can push around. I pushed back with a tongue lashing he won't soon forget. But he thought he was a big man by throwing an elderly woman out of the store. Since this happened to me, I have met 3 other people who were abused by Target management in various ways, who told me they stopped shopping there. This entire situation should never have happened. Customer service is a thing of the past at Target. And soon, there will be no customers left to abuse, and another company who thinks the employee is always right, not the customer, will bite the dust.

Target has a history of selling exclusive items, the main problem is that they issue their exclusives to be purchased only by scalpers. The vast majority of costumers can't get their hands on so called "exclusives" because those items are never available at a decent time, neither Target limit the amount of items that 1 person can buy. Last exclusive they had was available for purchase at 2am! And only lasted for sale for less than 30 min because all the scalpers had their hands on them! It is really ridiculous that Target have those selling practices! There are many angry costumers because they never have anything new to buy at, either, their website or actual stores! They seem to sell leftovers or items nobody wants at their stores. I will not waste my time going back to Target.
They ship very fast, and the prices are lower than in other companies. And one totally wonderful thing happened today.
UPS lied and said what I bought from Target was delivered yesterday. So I contacted Target and they replaced the two orders for free. But today UPS delivered what they said they delivered yesterday. So I called Target and said that since the replacements have been shipped I don't mind at all if they charge me for those. And they said no the replacements that have been shipped are still free.
I am so impressed with Target.
After shopping Target for 25 years without warning they canceled my two Target credit cards. No late payments. I have an 800 plus credit score. They said they were canceled due to lack of use. The fact I had spent many thousands of dollars using much lower interest cards meant nothing. Have a card canceled drops your score. In my case not much. However it ticks me off as a very good customer They did this because I elected to save significant money using cards other than theirs. They have forever lost me as a customer.
Ordered a vacuum online at Target.com Wednesday to be delivered to my daughter who lives in another city. The online form said it would be "arriving by Saturday, Sept. 25." That was acceptable to me, so I ordered it. Today I received an email stating it would arrive either Tuesday, Sept. 28 or likely, Wednesday, Sept. 29, - both dates when my daughter's likely working and will not be home to receive the UPS delivery. This increases the likelihood it will be nicked. What annoys me most is the old bait and switch. Target tells me it'll be delivered Saturday and gets me to buy it from them when I could have paid $6 more and bought it through Amazon and definitely had it by Saturday. Target's customer service agent Nick tells me nothing can be done. Really? Well I'm hoping more potential Target shoppers see this negative review and decide against shopping at Target.com. I won't be duped again!
I understand that th we PS5 is high demand at the moment but is the Target website "has trouble locating your position" whenever inventory is in then it doesn't work. If your website isn't up to the task then sell your product in the store. Target's sale strategy only benefits the resellers.

The website is terrible as it is but the inventor is ridiculous, if they don't have the item they should not sell it, so many times I am delivered half the order I will never order again.
I tried to cancel my account, which is up in Dec. 15the, you cannot get any refund nor use your account if you cancel today, you have to call back on Dec 14th.
If you miss that day they will charge you anyway and not give you a refund... ALL THEY DO IS BLAME SHIPIT. Ship it does not run the Target website or stock their shelves.

Online and in store customer service is terrible! After a really bad experience, I filled out the survey they sent asking about my interaction and checked the box saying I wanted to be contacted. They never contacted me about this. But months later I got a letter asking if I lost my red card since I was no longer shopping there. That is the ultimate in corporate greed: can't be bothered to contact an upset customer but you darn well still want my money! I will gladly spend more money elsewhere for items Target sells cheaper at stores that actually appreciate me as a customer!
Target at Liberty, Mo needs reliable electric carts. Why spend all that money remodeling and have the items inaccessible to handicapped. Also, there are no benches to sit on at the entrances. This store is 5 minutes from my house... let me know when you are compliant with rules about number of electric carts
Placed an order for home delivery. Items were missing, the app would not allow me to "report an issue". Proceeded to send an email to support, and rather than imply resolve it, I was told I have to call Shipt. Target takes absolutely NO ownership; it's ridiculous that Target has now lost a customer for a less than $4.00 error.
I called Target because I was having a problem placing an order. They gave me a number they said was for customer assistance. When I called the number the woman told me I was eligible for a free medical alert necklace and dove into this speil about what it did, etc. I asked if there was a monthly fee. Of course there was. I interrupted her and sais I wanted Target customer assistace. The next person that cam on the line asked if I owned a car. She started rambling on about allthe services I could get, the vast majority of which I already had. If they considered this customer service, they badly missed the Target. I'm going to very desperate it I go back to Target again.

Racism doesnt just happen to black people. Target has a "buy black" program so people can identify which products were owned or founded by blacks. Im sorry but this is just more racism! First time me and my 2 kids deicided to visit target their favorite store i had a problem with one of card and had to try it 2 times 3rd time worker tells me i have to move because i looked suspiciuos my 2 kids dont want to come back this is why most people choose amazon prime! Who makes every shopping experience easier and its( free) on uncomfortables situations dont have to deal with managers who cant handle situations! By the way i talked to the manager and was helpless! Even evelyn sorry cant remember her name! I ended up paying but for sure will choose amazon prime over target now!
I've been looking for new and trendy apparels for my casual wear home fashion. I never look out for the Target after reading the customer reviews. But believe me after I shopped from target and bought my PJs and t shirts, honestly those reviews now seem to be fake. I was bombed with a huge collection of apparels to choose from. All the fresh arrivals have a mix of decent, trending, coolio choices. I must say Target is doing a great job along with offering discount codes to online coupon sites. I also found $20 Target coupon from couponmonger.com/target-20-off-100. They have valid and working codes.

I tried to purchase a PlayStation gift card with a gift card but they said no, because you can't pay a PlayStation gift card with a gift card. How stupid is that.
Ordered a item on March 2nd it said it's in stock Target E-maild me a few times (4) because it's a later delivery date if I'm ok with it. Today June 14th they canceled my order without letting me know. That's ridiculous, If I knew something like that happened I would order somewhere else. I decided to give target.com one more chance as I had a $38 gift card and needed a new Keurig. The last 2 orders I'd placed at the website never went through the system and I received "We're sorry" cancellation emails. This time around I specifically selected phone curbside pickup Text notification alerts. To cover all bases. NOPE. I go into my email 3 days later to see what the heck is going on … and discover another order cancellation "ooops... looks like you forgot to pick something up"

Answer: Looks like Target has sent a lot of ringers here to up their ratings in the last few months. Nice try guys but your whole shopping experience is still subpar. To answer this question, IT DEPENDS on where you live and what you order. If you're right next to their warehouse, SURPRISE, it's there in a day and you think they are fantastic. If you live far away, the item is no longer in stock or they are slow to fill it, it could take six weeks. It did for us on a couple of occasions, SO it's the luck of the draw and certainly NOT better than Amazon.

Answer: I'm sorry. I ordered a lot from target.com and never had a problembefore, but when I finally did have a problem... hours and days on the phone. One of the service techs put me on hold for 30 minutes. Another put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up. Horrible.
Answer: I was unable to purchase a prepaid phone card with my gift card. This fact was not disclosed in the product description so I found out at the checkout when it was too late. Now am stuck with the useless gift card. I am very disappointed in Target shopping and will never buy anything from them ever again. I do not recommend Target shopping to anyone. Spare yourself some aggravation and shop elsewhere. Enough said.
