The order took 1 hour and 45 minutes, and system show delivered after 35 minutes, no phone answered, no one call to ask, robot service, can't call driver to track order, actually I was left with no minimum info other than sorry! Simply very poor
Nowadays it is taking too much time and also ordered things are missing! It is better to go by yourself to buy.
Our company signed up with Talabat as a delivery partner and dealing with them was a Real Nightmare... no one to return our inquiries or attend to our concerns. After a year we opted out and didn't renew the costly contract. It's so chaotic and unorganized it puzzles me how they're still running?! We're still struggling to get our funds transferred and nobody or management who cares.
Talabat today is a lot behind in meeting my expectation in customer service and delivery over the last 3 orders a delay on deliver for same reason motor bike is out of service
Talabat increased their delivery fees from 5 or 4 dhs to a new high of AED 9, over the already markup profits they make of approx 20 or 30 percent over the listed food prices from other restaurants. Please resolve the same other wise people are not gonna use talabat
Online staff is very incompetent. They don't have willingness to retain customer at all. NAWAZ T did not put any efforts to talk to customer and resolve issue. Very disappointed services, for a order need to wait more than an hour there's no response from the customer service. Wasting of our time and food will get cold So please don't cheat the people if u can't keep the promises before you giving. I will never choose through talabat next time.
Talabat is the worst platform that I used in ordering food. I should have known better on the first bad experience I had with them. Order has been place as shown in the website but nobody has taken further action. I waiting for more that an hour and nothing happened. Customer service will just cancel your order, ask you to re-order and that's it. They ask as if nothing happened. This happened to me 3 times! Seriously though, please close your business if you cannot cater to the needs of your customer.
Worse delivery company ever, last time i ordered from there was 3 months ago, i did it today, same problem, always late and always facing difficulties to deliver on time.
I love talabat. But u guys have to control what a place can offer and what they cannot. I order then they don't have. So why im using online? And they have to make sure the markets are delivering what they show in pic. I order a product bc i know them they deliver a product I didn't want. Also review translation has to be there. Delivery guys and girls are so good. But market products and supply, and translation should be better. Thank you
It was not the first time facing problems with this app, but this time my patience has run out! I ordered 2 juices and 2 Manoushe which usually takes about 30minutes to deliver, the app was showing 45 minutes delivery time. After 2 hours and half of waiting, I tried contacting the restaurant, the number on talabat was wrong, then I tried contacting talabat on the helpchat, they made me wait for 30minutes until I was connected to someone to assist me, then after a long conversation they told me that my order is cancelled due to a technical issue, and they told me that my money will be given back to me as a talabat credit or voucher only with compensation of 10 dirhams lol 2 hours and half waiting for my order to ended up without my food and not even sending my money back to my card! Many times I received food late and cold, 2 times I had my order delivered to another address, and one time someone took my food from the talabat driver and they told me driver made a mistake! Lol but this time was the end of it. I made a complaint to dubai Consumer service center, and I've deleted this app. I'd rather pay extra than have this unprofessional service handling my food, I highly not recommend it, better call the restaurant directly. Peace.
There is always orders late or missing is the last thing to complain for me.
Customer service is disaster to handle the cases. Rather than being helpful they are making the issues bigger and bigger. They are just keep saying refund or voucher and they don't care about customer experience.
Unfortunately there is not that much option in UAE.
THEY BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON AND WHEN I ASKED THEM TELL ME THE REASON, they said "we cannot disclose the reason to anyone" THEN ON CALL ONE OF THEIR AGENTS SAID, it is because of 10 cancelled orders, when i checked, only 7 of my orders were cancelled and IT WAS BECAUSE OF THEM, they did it themselves. They dont even reply to my emails anymore. They even ate my remaining credits now. They are saying my account is permanently blocked and they cant do anything about it. All the staff doesnt even know proper english, they only speak arabic which NOT EVERYONE SPEAKS IN THE COUNTRY. When i asked him to repeat what he said, he got frustrated and started being annoyed- if he doesnt know how to speak properly he should expect people to ask him to repeat. EVERY TIME I ORDER FROM TALABAT THERE IS ALWAYS SOME ISSUE AND THEN THEY REFUND AND DEN BLOCK ACCOUNTS SO U CANNOT USE THEIR CREDITS SO STUPID PLEASE

Very much disappointed by talabat, bought food yesterday and paid by card. First it was unsuccessful, then I canceled and ordered again, only to find out that the first payment went through. Up to now, they have not refunded my money and they are asking me to write an email.
They also advertise products which they do not have in stock, this is the second time they are disappointing me in a week.
This food service company is one of the worst to deal with. Long wait times, cancelled orders you name it they do it. They never cease to amaze you with different ways to ruin and worsen your day. It's been my pleasure to rate them at 1 star and if there was zeros stars, they would win that category in a heartbeat.
First, order did not came and it was card payment but no refund. Second, ordered paid by card again, showing amount deducted but ordered or transaction is not showing but they are unable to find the reason why. A very really worst service. Once is acceptable but for second time its not acceptable at all!.
Today I've opened the app to buy grocery.
Then immediately a pop up saying that you can save qat 35 on grocery. Tap on it, forwarded to the items in the Mart and pay wt credit card. Bill paid in full, no discount. I Start the chat, operator asking me to make screenshot of of the offer (seriously?). I reply, you are not helping me, you ask me to do things for you, you should have everything in the system. OPERATOR: wait a few minutes please. I wait 10 minutes. He comes back with: The offer is expired. SERIOUSLY? How can an offer be expired if it pops up and make you buy things? FAKE OFFERS. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Operator Ahmed is a LIAR!
I have ordered dinner with Talabat, as a first timer. Received order confirmation, have been informed, that my order is being prepared. After 28 minutes waiting I have received a call from a dispatcher, Mohamad Akarya to let me know, that there was an error and he is cancelling my order, I have to order it again. He was not at all apologetic, just informed me about the facts, that it is an error, not his error - telling me this with a laughter. He was rude and was not concerned for a second, that we had no dinner at 9.45pm. It is an awful company and will not be ordering ever again. They should pay someone with a brain to dispatch deliveries.
They take our money and when problem happens in the order, they have the same reply, we will let the restaurant contact you
Then why the fk they are getting paid, they only raise the food prices because they take margin for facilitating order! Stop using talabat and we will get lower price :)
I've had theme worst experience with talabat delivery especially with sushi delivery that supposed to be carefully handled, couldn't eat them out of their messy and unorganized way of delivering food, switching to a different company is the best decision
