My first order was cancelled and money refunded. Then I made a second one which was cancelled four hours later after waiting and I have not received my money yet. Says food was delivered. So after that one was cancelled as well, I asked for a new one which came without some of the stuff I had ordered earlier. After being on the phone with them for hours. I am wondering though, so my over 100 aed just disappeared with no delivery? And then you give me a 10 aed voucher? I know I will get my money back because I won't stop until I do but the service sucks!
Very bad experience, i place an oder and it's been like 1 hour and more but never receive my order it always say 2 minutes on the apps. I call the rider many times, never pick up my calls. And i call the cutomer service to help me resolves the issue but did not provide a good help. I won't order using this apps anymore.
I have make a order for 97 Egyptian pounds 15 minutes later they call me and tell me that the price are wrong and I have to pay 111 Egyptian pounds I say oke 3 minutes later they call again and say it was wrong again and I have to pay 124 Egy pounds it's not my fault and I didn't get my order in the end so stupid never order there again.
I ordered for honey wings from broccoli and the wrong wings was delivered to me, so i complained to talabat since i ordered from talabat app. Firstly i was told they will get back to me in 24 hours and secondly agent was arguing with me that the right item was delivered to and marked the ticket as resolved. So useless and ruthless. All i wanted was to exchange the order or refund my money and pick up the wrong item. But they never resolve my complaint or do anything. Pls do not use talabat anymore, theres alots of complains online and very similar one as mine online.
Unprofessional, they made Waite for about 4 hours and then they cancelled my order. Don't deal with them. Very unprofessional
I placed order and they cheat me by mentioned delivered but I didn't received anything.
Then during chat they said we are not able to reach the driver!
And when I requested cash back they said it's talabat balance they mean I have to use this poor app again?
It was my first experience with talabat and i was really disappointed with my pizza which was totaly messy
I've ordered yesterday and didn't receive my order till now, I made a complaint and no one got back to me! I spoke to the customer service who was very rude and end the chat without even saying sorry, or helping me getting me order.
In which century we should wait for a food order for days?!
Today am order ( *******) 1 meals the price of 56 Aed but there cut 112aed which is 2 meals but thery delivered 1 meals only.
Your bike drivers do not respect any traffic rules.
They go in between the cars, drive zig-zag, overtake wrong side of the road. They should only drive on the extreme Right Lane and never go in between cars, hitting mirrors, scratching doors and obstructing the traffic. Please take a note of that. The "time" is not as important as the "safety" of everyone.
The worst app you could possibly use. I can't even track my order after ordering as I guest. And no hotline neither.
They cancelled my order but my money was not refunded to my account immediately! Be careful when you order. They will cancel automatically then will put your money as credit - they won't return it to your bank account. You will end up chasing them!
I will never order from Thalabat and poor quality of the app. So many technical issues and when I raised it to the concern department no solution from Talabat team. Poor replies to the emails and no solution from there side. I will never recommend any person to order through Talabat and there are many options in the market to order foods with lot of discounts and with quality service.
Ordered from Talabat, after I put in my credit card, it says there's unavailable item and order didn't push through! It lead me to a new order automatically then it was successful, then 2 riders came with the same order and same amount! I chat with talabat they said they can't do anything! I said take the extra order and refund our money! The item is waiting here! They promise they will call me back and never heard from them! Really really worst of the worst! Awful!
I've faced too many problems wither with the app's not working well, the customer service not understanding the issue/not addressing their customers professionally, the food presented horribly sometimes, could be from the driver not taking care of it or the restaurant is careless about it but I'd assume it's actually from Talabat drivers trying to deliver them fast cause they're careless drivers risking their lives on the roads on a daily basis because it's a total mess, the food is out of the box splashed everyone in the delivery bag, it's impossible for the driver not to notice that YET still hands it to me. Utterly DISGUSTING. The most important thing, although I don't think it is but economically speaking it should be: the discount vouchers not working properly, the bank's card discount option becomes invalid some days ALTHOUGH it's still on the restaurant's lists of options.
This is just nuts and I'm sure there are others who are facing these problems and addressed ahead but who cares?
I just deleted this app because I've never faced problems as much as I did by simply trying to have one, simple, moment to try and enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner orders from them.
Thats the worst company in term of timing, professionalism, customer care, everything is bad in this company
Don't ever pay online the steel the money and never delivered. I have experienced it twice. Never order from this App.
The system is flawed. They have options to take away items you don't want on a burger. The burger comes with everything. You ask the customer support team why after requesting not to have these items in they say you didn't say.
I'm not stupid and clearly this is a tech fault. I looked at my emails to check the receipt and couldn't access my receipt I asked customer support to share the receipt they wouldn't do so.

They gave a low class an poorest device ever! There is no telephone no clear email address no one responsible there! They blocked my account with 250 AED in it? (Credit for refund) and many points in it after follow up for 2 months finally they said saying your account being hacked! If acc is hacked you should inform me and if it's hacked it shows how untrustworthy is your application …but even when I sent many emails and calling you keep ignoring me …. Finally after 2 months they contacted me recently asking me open new account to put my money an points there. I created new account but they said we are not able to transfer it please place some order then we can add it! What do you call this?! If I was not following up with you you would never call me to refund my money now after months contacting you asking me to place some order if I want to get money and points back!

Talabat App recently gave me a bad experience.
I used a talabt discount voucher to order KFC.
The order was received by KFC at full price without the discount applied.
When I called KFC, they denied the Talabt voucher, which put me in a bad position. What if I don't have cash to pay their delivery man?
Talabt apologized for the error and was trying to credit back the discount voucher I never used.
Instead of addressing my real issue of facing a bad situation, they were focusing on refunding my discount voucher.
Upon calling again, Talabat representative used an aggressive tone, which I did not like, and denied his colleague Ms. Doaa's offer.
My complaint was forced to be written here as well as online so a responsible person could respond.
While I have the right to request a refund, I would like to be compensated for the way the Talabat team handled my issue and initially put me in such a position.
It's not nice to harass the customers if there is a communication gap between Talabat and the restaurant.
