Terrible Service

I had to wait over 2hrs for my food to be delivered. Not only that, it was missing an item. They said they would give me 8AED, but only if I register to their website. They don't have a tracking system. Only chat & email. I had to follow-up many times. Plus, the agent said the delivery was complete. If it was complete, do they think I would complain? The restaurant I ordered from said in their cctv, the missing item was placed in the bag. If that was the case, then it's the driver who has the problem. The attached email is insinuating it.

Scam

5 orders got cancelled and never refunded, they cancel the order and keep the money forever, I made 1000 complaints and no actions has been made, this is the biggest scam delivery app

Spolid my day

After my night shift I order breakfast. Delivery person called me ask for my location I eaven share my location its already there in app. But with out delivering food in there application it's showing delivered but I don't get any items. I contacted customer service but they are believing there delivery guy not even considering customer concerns. AL last l lost money, I didn't get the food more over I lost my sleep.

Very Poor Service!

One star is not enough!

So we are WAITING for our order and turns out that it's CANCELLED. No one informs me or CALLED me that they will cancel it. I contacted the live chat of Talabat to find out it's CANCELLED!

TALABAT SAID THE PROBLEM IS IN KFC. KFC SAID THE PROBLE< IS FROM THE TALABAT?

Woow! And what are you going to do to us, customers that are complaining? Tossing or passing to each other Talabat or KFC?

No one fixed this problem! NO one!

This is NOT THE 1st TIME Talabat!

Nom Yum Restaurant

I tried the Cantonese ramen bowl from Nom Yum restaurant and it was exquisite and delicious. I would definitely recommend it to others. The food was good and the presentation was pleasant as well.

The chicken in my 16 piece boneless chicken meal was undercooked. I could taste it from the texture. People can get sick from eating raw chicken. I hope this is a lesson for wingstop and they actually actually cook their chicken

Good Evening.

I want the top management of Talabat to check on my complaint.

I placed an order for Small chicken bbq pizza and cheesecake and the bill came to AED 30.40. Just seconds after I made the order, I got a call from a Broccoli restaurant where I placed the order through Talabat and the person told me that cheese cake would not be available as it is EID so they are not preparing it today. I said okay that's fine just only deliver the pizza and I asked him how much would it be then as there will be a change of cost. He told me it would be AED 20.20. So I agreed and 20- 30 mins later, the rider from Talabat - Basant came with the order and gave me the bill of AED 30.40.

I said this is not the bill as i got a call from Broccoli as there is no cheesecake so the bill has changed. Basant informed me that he was not informed and the company/broccoli has not modified the bill. He came around 3pm and I got angry as the change was not reflected and I was not ready to pay. He told me he cannot drop the order, otherwise it will be deducted from his salary if I pay him AED 20 instead of AED 30.

He also mentioned this has happened many times before with Talabat and it was deducted from him and that the company never listens to the employees and keeps saying the same thing to take the money from them. I felt bad for Basant as it is definitely not his fault and company politics will definitely only blame him. This is a kind request plus complaint to Talabat to rectify your system and not penalize your rider's for your stupidity or politics. If you want to play crap you deduct it from your salary or the company budget and not from the poor rider's salary.

Be decent enough to accept your mistake and not make the customer wait for 1 hour at the door waiting for you to update your crap system. Such a cheap company, seriously. I want the manager to call me and demand compensation and the assurity that Basant the rider will not be penalised!

Awaiting a response ASAP.

Very late

I am very disappointed with talabat. I ordered from papa johns and my pizza was ready on the table for 1 hour and the talabat driver didnt pick my order from papa johns. So i canceled my order and will never order through talabat.

Waiting forever!

I placed my order 1 hour and a half ago, but the order has not been even picked by the driver!
The restaurant closes at 11pm and it is 11:44pm now!

Order was late, 1,30 hour after order has been placed driver calls asking me for the address even though it's there, clearly written on the app. He is telling me to call Talabat and change my address and I didn't understood what was going on. I've contacted Talabat through a chat(since you cannot actually call them) and after checking agent is saying there is a road closure and the driver can't come, it's to far. They said also someome from Talabat will call me in 7-10 minutes to resolve this(which later happened but after half an hour). There was no road closure as I checked every possible very accurate and always updated map.
Second chat with them, they connected me to the restaurant from which we ordered the food, who was saying that the driver is not assigned yet (2 hours after an actual order placement), although the driver already called me half an hour earlier to ask me for the address. No sorry, no explanation, nothing, very rude and unprofessional as well.
After that I get a call from Talabat saying sorry and how driver had an accident and couldn't come.
4 different stories from 4 different persons. Spent 1,30 hour of my time at 1 in the morning trying to solve the mystery of my food, instead of them calling me on time(even if there are any problems) and notifying me about the order that I paid for and that as a consumer have the right to know. If I haven't started chat in the first place, probably I would wait for my food until the morning and still not get it. Super unprofessional, with bad attitude and giving totally unreliable and misleading information to the customers who are paying for their services. Deleted the app and I would not recommend it to anyone in this world.

Order not deliver

My order number ******* was not deliver to me, i complain to times but only telling they will action emediatly, at the end the said order was delivered already, which is i never received, until now no body call for update, it was already paid online!, they even said they will give voucher for compensition but still no have!

Poor delivery

Worst Service ever

Very disappointed services, for a order need to wait more than 3 hours. And there's no response from the customer service.
Wasting of our time and food will get cold
So please don't cheat the people if u can't keep the promises before you giving.
I will never choose through talabat next time.
