I have been using them for about a year and have been very happy with their cigars they've been having problems getting their cigars through customs and when I asked them for a refund it only took them about 4 days to refund my money

This is my positive and enjoyable experience with Swiss Cuban Cigars, which I'd like to share with you.
I've bought cigars from them before and I can confirm that the quality of the packaging and products themselves was excellent.
This year, I decided to replenish my private stock and make more purchases of fine cigars. Unfortunately, I didn't consider that the world is crazy about these exclusive products. I ordered, expecting to receive the package within 14 days. I've never had any problems with customs. Imagine my surprise, when my last order was held up by customs. I thought, "OK, no problem, I'll pay the fees – customs, excise, and VAT – and enjoy my time. Unfortunately, that would be too easy. The customs agency informed me that the formalities couldn't be completed because the cigars didn't have excise tax stamps. However, as a private importer, I can't receive such stamps. Only tobacco importers can buy these, not the proverbial Mr. Smith. Excuses like "I'll pay all these fees, just exempt my parcels from customs duty" were in vain. The answer was: "IMPOSSIBLE." Apparently, this requirement to "band" excise products has been in effect since May of this year. If I had ordered a few months earlier, I would have had the cigars without a problem. Unfortunately, I ordered a little bit later.
You might ask, which country are you referring to? Poland. But this madness is spreading like a plague to other countries around the world.
And now I must say that Swiss Cuban Cigars handled this VERY PROFESSIONALLY. Thanks to the patience and professionalism of Delineth M. From the customer service team, the cigar packages were returned to their warehouses, and I received a FULL refund of the order value. This was surprising, because sometimes companies deduct a portion of the payment. And here was the big surprise.

Unfortunately a lost shipment was replaced after tariffs started. I would not have agreed to that. The cigars have been returned to Basel.
Waiting for a resolution
Unable to receive my orders…. They continue to be stopped at customs.
May attempts to get the cigars delivered has failed. I have requested a full refund and am still waiting. It's been 2 months since I've ordered the cigars. This is the first time that this has happened and I have been a long time customer that has never had a problem.
