I received my order, timely, and the ordering process was very smooth. However, I have had this cigar before from Cuba, and this is definitely NOT the cigar I ordered. Very cheaply made, the wrapper was peeling off before I even smoked it for 10 minutes, and the band was NOT authentic. This was a reproduction of a cuban cigar, and it's extremely disappointing.

Once again, Swiss Habana's come through in the clutch… The sticks are exquisite, although the timing requires patience… But worth the wait!
Due to recently enacted tariffs my cigar order was hung up in US Customs, but Swiss Cuban Cigar customer service refunded my purchase without hesitation. I will purchase from them again once the customs situation is back to normal which they say will be around 1 month.
The cigar were confiscated in customs and I have not been re-injured yet
