I ordered two bathing suites! I DID NOT receive an email or confirmation of my order why because the idiot who took order put in wrong letters in the email! I called them over ten(10) times told so many different things! No way for me to track them! Got them both way to small not true to size! I sent them back the same day they arrived here! I am afraid no will not get my refund so I will call my credit card company to fight a dispute! This Beauty Brand sucks! Don't buy from any of their companies! They suck! Especially women within! If I had read the reviews before I ordered I would not have! Please save your self the head ache and stay away from any Beauty Band products and affiliated companies!

Purchased Oct1 -worn 5 times - top all stretched & faded - talked to 3 CSR - says cannot replace or return as I wore it - that is why I purchased the item - never gave a conformation # when I ordered or any papers when I rec'd - all I have is my visa chg. - I will tell all my friends not to purchase at this company as do not stand behind product - looks lovely when first bought - many compliments on it but this ruined chance of any of friends going to purchase such an item from you!

My account was double charged & it was of no concern to them. I had too call my bank. And my package never arrived on time for my vacation. Too sum up my experience. I wasn't time, money & stress! Stay away from ordering from this place!

Missed return window by a few days because I was unaware that it was 60 days. No flexibility. Stuck with items I cannot use. They don't respond to emails. Chat was unhelpful and disconnects after about 30 seconds

I really have absolutely no complaints. I ordered 2 suits & received them within 8 days. I had to return one of the suits because of poor workmanship but the other was fine. The process was easy & am happy to say that it I was advised today that they have received the suit and have refunded (less shipping) my account. Ordering anything on line anymore is a crap shoot as far as quality. There are no quality controls in China. But I am happy with the suit I got.

I ordered 2 items and received incorrect merchandise. Called them followed the return process received email they received return and would be issued credit in 5-7 days. After multiple calls and them telling me would be issued next day and it wasn't, I filed dispute with paypal credit. They issued credit and then charged me back saying Swimsuits for All claimed it was a legitimate charge. After much investigation I uncovered their SCAM. Their return labels require USPS to hand over to 3rd party company called newgistics and they can not update USPS tracking so claim it was never returned. USPS says contact newgistics but that is a joke. I am reporting them to Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau. They hope people get fed up and just drop the case but I would love for a class action lawsuit to be filed. I am appealing claim and have forwarded paypal credit all documents including email from them that they did receive the returned merchandise. Would never do business with again!

I ordered 2 swimsuits totaling over $100 and paid $17 for shipping (who does that these days). One of the swimsuits wasn't what I ordered. When I called C/S to inquire the first time I was told the 2nd suit was shipped separately. A week later I called C/S again and was told the complete opposite, there was no separate shipment. I returned both suits and was charged $28 for returning with no explanation. I called C/S twice with no luck, on hold and transfer to wrong dept. I sent a request through their "contact us" area on website. Someone responded saying they'll fix it. Still waiting to see if that happens.

Swimsuit fabric quality was fine; colors and patterns were attractive; but stitching on several of the suits was loose coming out of the package. Styles were cute and as pictured. Sizing was as expected.
Delivery delays caused some of my order arrive too late to take on vacation, and returns were necessary. Some of the items are still on backorder and have not arrived. In some cases, substitute items were apparently sent, but style numbers on the packages don't relate to the order form or garment tags, so I'm unclear about what's going on.
I returned the items which didn't work for my mother or me. Swimsuits for All has acknowledged receiving the return, but my refund has yet to be processed even though two weeks have passed.
Given the slow refund process and extremely high shipping costs -- shipping was 30% of the order total! -- I don't see myself shopping with this company again. Summersalt is a far superior option.

After returning products ordered totaling over $ 120. I only received $59 back on my credit card AND then they asked me for an additional $12.99 for a restocking fee. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Not only has the sizing and quality of items gone way down, the customer service is abysmal. I placed an order and received an incorrect item in my order. I also did not receive the return shipping label I was supposed to receive to return the item. I called customer service to figure out what to do and the CSR told me they would mail me a new shipping label as I did not have a printer to print an emailed label. Fast forward a month where I was traveling and having covid…no label has been received. I call customer service again. They tell me that they do not ship new mailing labels anymore (and did not when they rep told me they would), and I now have 4 days to get the incorrect item to them or will receive no refund for the item anyway. I have to go find a printer to print the label or pay for the shipping of the return item myself (which now that it has to get there in 4 days will be more than the value of the item credit I am looking for). They will not issue a credit for the item u did not receive until this item is returned. This place is a friggin joke and I will never order from them again. Stick to Amazon.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Even though I used their return shipping label to return two of the six items I ordered, I received them back saying that I was outside of the return period. I advised, and they have record, that they were dropped off in time, however, since the shipper was delayed, they were received 5 days late. No where does it state on the original invoice that they must be 'received within 60 days.' However, it is noted on the label that they used to return the merchandise back to me. The agent was very defensive from the beginning as was the supervisor who said I should have sent them 2 weeks earlier to guarantee that they would be received. Again, I was not of the understanding that they had to be in their warehouse within 60 days. This is truly crazy, because the 60 day period starts on the date that they ship the items out to you... but it is not reciprocated. Waste you money if you want, but I will not do business with Swimsuits For All again.

This last order was my final order from this company. They just repeatedly serve subpar customer service.
1. My order took a really long time to arrive (3 weeks instead of the few days promised on the site)
2. Returns always take forever.
3. Exchange was processed in a shady way (they refunded me then charged me MORE for the exchange).
4. When I submitted a refund request to my card, they gave me a gift card instead, so I had to call them to fight it.
5. They took out $30 from my refund as a penalty for sending it to my credit card as opposed to a gift card.
6. I sent at least 5 emails, and only ever got 1 response.
Just terrible.
First off we'd like to offer our sincere apologies as we definitely did not treat your order with the standards we set for our customer interactions. Exchanges are a little different, a refund and new charge. However, if the same item was purchased, your price should have been the same. Secondly, the refund should have been issued to your original payment method for the entire amount of the returned items. Lastly, no fee should apply in your case as exchanges are free of return fees. The initial shipping you paid for the order of course is not refunded, but there should not have been any return fees at all. We highly encourage you to reach out at [email protected] so we can assist you with the order.
TERRIBLE COMPANY! They send out great codes, you order and the next day is an even better code. You call to ask for the free shipping now offered and all they say is you can return the order once you get it. That doesn't help refund the $20 shipping fee! A supervisor wouldn't even give me the courtesy of speaking with me after I asked 6 times. Very poor customer service. I'll never order from them again.

Shipping outrageous and returns a credit! Minus postage. Had to contact them twice to know I had a store credit. They can keep it.

Supposedly my order shipped, it just has not arrived on time. "Customer service" via chat says I have to wait two more days before it can even be researched. Then I either get my order refunded or they try to send it again. UNACCEPTABLE! Meanwhile, my order from Lane Bryant was placed, shipped and received... for FREE. Once again Full Beauty brands is a disappointment. I am making sure to post my experiences on every platform possible since the last time I had a question (a MONTH ago) I still have yet to receive a response. Instead I got the same BS as here that response times are bad etc etc etc... except your competitors don't seem to have that problem do they? All I got was a free shipping coupon that did not work and another excuse for poor customer service

I have bought suits from here before and had great luck, NOT this time. I purchased a swimsuit and the first time I tried it on, the strap snapped. I talked to people on the phone, through email, and the chat function and no one could seem to help me. I bought it through Paypal, so I understand not generally being able to exchange, BUT THE STRAP BROKE! I was told that I would need to pay shipping, and choose a different size or color, which I did not want to do. I finally decided to just send it back and take the shipping penalty, just so I could get some of the cost back... well, I guess my return was "lost" so I didnt even get part of my money back.
I was a multiple times a year buyer... my shopping will be going elsewhere from here on out.

I ordered a tankini and swim shorts in the sizes recommended by their sizing chart. When the items finally arrived - a month later - they were too big. I filled out the form to exchange them for a smaller size and sent them back. Two weeks later I got an email saying they had received my items and an exchange would be processed in 5-7 days. Waited a month and nothing happened. Emailed them for a status update. No response. A couple of days later I just happened to notice that a refund had been issued on my credit card. But still no communication from the company. Plus the refund was $18 less than my original purchase & shipping costs. I called customer service and was told my items had been processed as a return rather than an exchange. They couldn't explain why that had happened. And I was just out the $18, too bad. They said if I wanted the items in the correct size, I would need to start a new order. So I'm out $18, would have to pay shipping again for the new order, and wait another month for the items to ship to me. Not such a great deal. But then the customer service rep told me it was a moot point anyway, since the items were both sold out. No kidding... it had been nine weeks since I first made my purchase!

Ordered. 5 bras i wanted them to be sent my daughter however they were instead sent to an apartment house that I used to live in over a year ago where the mailman no longer transfers your mail so when I 4 or items but not the one item I called and I was told a refund had been i$sued for tbe 5th item. When i called them back they told that they couldn't issue me one so they like to lie out out this is really a wonderful company so are the rest of the companies that go with it I will never order from them again guaranteed

I returned my item that didn't fit. Color was not as shown. They have had my return for weeks but are not refunding the money. Said they are behind in the returns department. NOT MY PROBLEM. They sure take the money fast but getting it back is another story.

Answer: Same thing happened to me! If you used their return shipping labels, they will charge you at least $10 for shipping before they credit your card. I thought the return shipping was free since they charged me $20 to ship the first time! Total scam! Never do business with these yahoos!
Answer: You have to take it up with your credit card company to get refund for the rip off. I ordered my suit 4 weeks ago and have not received it. I will be taking it up with the credit card that I used to purchase the suit. You cannot be charged for something you did not receive.

Answer: Send a PRINTED LETTER WITH BLUE INK SIGNATURE, send SIGNATURE REQUIRED VIA UPS OR POST OFFICE to the corporate address on web site. THIS STARTS A LEGAL FILE! Emails do not! Just give facts, order date, items ordered, customer service conversations (or lack of) and then circumstance. Leave out emotional stuff. Ok to state frustration. Make at least 3 copies of your letter for legal file. Make sure all your contact info is included, except email. Request all responses by mail. Good luck
