My rash guard did not arrive! Hard to review a non existent product. I understand we are in pandemic with an incompetent corrupt postmaster but I wish tracking were possible.

I am shopping for a young teen and two differently shaped 10 year olds. It is a fantastic variety of gear. I find the different sizing for the different models of clothes very difficult to navigate. The prices and variety is outstanding.

They do have good prices, but now, to get the best prices, you have to buy an annual membership. Also, when searching for a specific size swim suit, several come up, but when you go to order, many of the sizes are sold out. They need to fix the website so that the search only reveals available products.
Their team rebate program is a nice perk.

I will never ever buy anything from this company again. They sent a damaged goal for the pool and say I can't return it. So unethical. Don't shop from them. Not to mention poor customer service. They lie and say they will call me

I've been a long time customer of SwimOutlet. Overall, this is a reliable company, that has an amazing selection, and awesome prices. Also, the loyalty program they recently introduced allows me to save even more. They do need to improve some of their size charts though.

Order a pair of googles on the 8/23. Was shipped the same day. Fast forward to 9/14 and I am still waiting for my googles. They are inconsistent with delivery. My package left Martinsburg, WV on 8/27 and arrived to my city on the 9/1. How/why the heck does my goggles/package say it's on its way to Martinsburg, WV Again today (9/14). SMGDH
