I've purchased a few items and always experienced great service from Sweetwater! I wanted to order a lightweight stop bar tailpiece which was designed for a Les Paul and needed to find out if it fit my Gibson SG. I called Brent Leuthold to find out and I provided him with the serial number of my guitar as he requested. He called Gibson and they verified that it would fit. He got back to me promptly with the answer so I was able to order the part without any worries. Great job Sweetwater! I really didn't expect this kind of service for such an inexpensive part! The Audient ID14 is indeed second to none, one of the best preamps I have ever used with a pristine sound, very transparent, I just love it and would recommend it for any one who wants to record professionally in a home studio. The only thing I think should be improved on is that it be made a thunderbolt instead of USB.
Sweetwater is my go-to online retailer for music gear. The only pieces of gear I haven't bought through Sweetwater in the past year or two have been boutique effects pedals that they don't carry. I like to support my local brick and mortar stores too, but with interest-free financing (provided you make the payments on time) Sweetwater is pretty much impossible to beat. I've been able to get gear I wouldn't otherwise. The key is to keep to the payment schedule. It's worked really well for me.

Gear is always easy to come by for a drummer. Having someone in your corner who you can ask for advice and then they hook you up with great prices, that is hard to come by.
