This is a Great Company to do business with they are very on top of their game with great products and customer service which is A1 in my book. This cover is exactly what I wanted. I had previously ordered one from an industry competitor, but they sent the wrong cover. It had side handle openings and none on top for the Portaflex cabinet. So, I turned to you and ordered the cover. Voila! It arrived very quickly and was the exact cover I had ordered. Thank you, Sweetwater, for being a great supplier for us "musical junkies."

There are many very good on-line music suppliers, but Sweetwater, IMO, is second to none. Best customer service, superb assistance from knowledgeable staff, and great prices. I've purchased several guitars from Sweetwater, because of their exceptional set-up crew and unrivaled 55-point inspection procedure. Plus, if for any reason you're not satisfied, they have an excellent return policy. Bottom line: in every respect, a great place to shop and buy!
Everyone sells gear, and frankly most of the prices are already very similar as they shop each other. The ONLY difference between most online music stores, and even brick and mortars is, what happens when something isn't right. Sweetwater gives you an extra year, and in my particular case, sent me my replacement along with a return label for the damaged item. No hassles, no questions, no problems. THAT is why I will always do business with and encourage my friends to do business with them. Awesome job guys! Thank You!

I made a mistake and ordered the Teacher/Student version of Pro Tools... I am neither a teacher nor a student and would obviously be ineligible to activate the software.
Chris Moseley called me up and left me a voice mail just moments after I placed my order to confirm exactly what I'd purchased... I sure am glad he did that! I called him back as soon as I listened to his message. Long story short, we got the order put "on hold" before it was shipped, saving me tons of time and headaches.
The responsiveness of Chris (and I also spoke to an Alex as well) basically turned what would've been a disastrous experience into a highly positive one. This was my first experience with Sweetwater, but I'll definitely be back to work with Chris Moseley for purchases in the future.
Sweetwater has brought back a level of customer service which is not heard of anymore. David Snow was an awesome person to deal with. I was very skeptical about ordering a guitar without seeing it and playing it, we live in a remote area so not a lot of choices. I would not buy new equipment from any other company.
After getting hosed on a dream mic from a seller on eBay, I was Leary about shopping online. But decided to take a chance and I gave Sweetwater their shot to earn my present and future business. They overachieved. I love my new gear, (The Slate Digital VMS) and love the professionalism that Sweetwater demonstrated handling my order. I will be buying from them again.
Been buying my music equipment through Sweetwater for years and never had a single reason to be disappointed. Always fast, courteous and competitive pricing. Every product I have ordered has arrived in great condition and ships quickly. And they always have some candy included! Scott Augustyniak keeps track of my orders and has helped with insight on the product offerings.
This was my first purchase from Sweetwater and I know it won't be my last. Customer service was amazing and is obviously something the care about. This was my 4th guitar purchase but my first new and first online. I wasn't sure want to expect. Thankfully Sweetwater posts pictures of the guitar you are getting and so it takes the guesswork out of what the equipment may look like and so on.
Not long after I made the purchase I received a call from Ken. He was calling to see if I had any additional questions and to notify it was ready to ship out. We kept in touch via email with varying correspondence over the next couple of weeks.
