While searching eBay for a new Fender Strat I came across the one I now own. Before selecting Buy It Now I decided to call the seller (Sweetwater). I was connected with Brad Jahn whom I now consider my friend. He answered my questions in a very positive manner leading to the purchase of my now Stratocaster! Now two weeks later I have contacted Brad and purchased a new ESP. Some say keep it local but in this case better than my local Guitar Center hands down!

Purchasing the X Air 18 Digital Mixer was the great improvement to our church sound system. Being able to save settings for our band when we have a guest group making it real easy to recall settings. We replaced a 32 channel mixer board with our X Air Digital Mixer, what an improvement. I recommend the X Air Digital Mixer for places with limited budget.

For the discerning musician, don't hesitate to purchase with sweetwater -- they are ridiculously cool about returns, exchanges, etc -- you just can't get this kind of peace-of-mind shopping from the chaos of amazon. Viva la Sweetwater - for almost 16 years, I've thought these guys were the best internet distributor of music products, period. In the hustle and bustle of industry, particularly music, this is one company that has proven itself over and over again to place the customer ahead of the bottom line. If they continue like this, they will be one of the few music retailers standing when industry automation really kicks in.

I have borrowed a HOT SPOT monitor from my bass player for sometime now, and I really liked the size and sound of it. My wife bought me a new HOT SPOT 7 for Christmas this year. I play in a country band, I don't require a monitor that has the capability of being extremely loud. This is the perfect monitor for me, I couldn't be happier with it. I would buy another in a heart beat, would recommend it to all my friends. Sweetwater sales is second to none, I would recommend them to anyone as well.

Sweetwater is without a doubt the only place to shop for musical gear for a number of reasons: Fantastic products and pricing, awesome sales rep (for me, Stewart Hisely is the bomb!), #1 rated website with killer product demos (Don Carr is sick!), fast free shipping, and all sorts of knowledge at your fingertips. I have a couple of "other" stores where I shop occasionally, but the experience pales in comparison to Sweetwater! I will shop here as long as I continue playing and beathing!
