I had a great customer service experience with Sweetwater. They assigned a rep to me for the purchase, which made me feel like any questions or problems I had could go directly to one person. I bought a drum set from Sweetwater and they will not resolve my problem by taking it back I used to drum set for X in the piigs keep coming out of my floor. I will never buy anything from sweetwater again. They sent me junk. Now I'm stuck with this drum kit

Excellent prices and outstanding service! Sweetwater assigns you a rep when you place an online order. Nick, "my" rep, actually called me after I placed my first online order to be sure I was getting the right product. Love this guitar. Built well, great looks, easy to play, and sounds great. Had to do a set up on it, after that it's my main guitar. Stays in tune, reliable. I bought it a nice tweed case for it to protect it.

I have ordered a few different times from this company and must say, have never been so impressed. Their customer service blows every company I have ever ordered from, out of the water. I feel soooooo comfortable ordering big ticket items from them. I know if I had a problem with anything they would take care of it, not that I did. Bought 2 Gibson guitars recently they sent pictures of them, and have been in contact with me the whole time from start to delivery. Wish every company would follow suit. Alicia L
