WARNING! The item is in stock when I ordered, but nothing shipped more than a week. I asked that it's out of stock and takes a few weeks. They already took the money out.
Thanks Dave for the great service. You are the man. I recently purchased gear and experienced a problem with set up. I called and left a voice mail. Within an hour a got an email saying a replacement was on the way. I didn't expect such quick service. I had to call back and ask them to hold while I worked the problem. Turned out it was user error. I emailed SW back and they followed up immediately. All this for a $40.00 keyboard stand! This kind of service is refreshing and unprecedented. Thanks again, Dave.

"Sweetwater has access to the same goods as everyone else. They sell that at roughly the same price as everyone else and offer the same free shipping etc. But, how they differentiate is on their personalized service.
When you buy from Sweetwater you get assigned a Sales Engineer and that person is now your point of contact for Sweetwater. Whether it's a technical question or trouble with your order or any other reason to contact Sweetwater, your knowledgeable and friendly sales engineer is available.
Like others, Sweetwater also has a very good website with good blog posts and knowledge articles. They also have a great YouTube channel which al helps with the education part of your buying experience.
Like others they offer free shipping.
But unlike others, they offer a two year warranty (fulfilled by Sweetwater) on any item that does not carry a manufacturers warranty over 2 years.
So in short, they do everything everyone else does, and then they have a dedicated Sales Engineer and a two year warranty. They really do care about each and every customer personally."

I have been dealing with Sweetwater for about a year and made enough purchases through them to convince me to shop nowhere else. My first experience was impressive, to say the least. My Sales Engineer is Aaron. If Aaron is any indication of the rest of the crew, just, WOW! I had an issue with a tube amp I purchased And not only had a resolution but was up and playing in a couple of days.
My most recent purchase put the icing on the cake for me. There was an incident that I can not give details for, but I can say this, it was a total nightmare for Sweetwater and myself. In the end, they stepped up to make everything right. Working with everyone I did during both purchases, have totally convinced me there is no better company to purchase music gear from.
I have bought a lot of gear from other well-known name stores, and none of them can hold a candle to Sweetwater and their crew. Their process to ship a guitar is the best I have seen in the industry. Their shipping is fast and convenient. The payment options are the best. You can not go wrong with trying them out. If you do you will get hooked as well.

I bought the Vista deer guitar. I also purchased some picks and a strap. Ben was nice enough to call me and let me know the strap was on backorder and it was holding up my order. He asked if I wanted him to send me pictures of other straps that were in stock. I thought that was so nice of him and really great costumer service. I was very impressed from the beginning first placing the order to receiving the order. Everything was very high quality. I will definitely recommend sweet water to all my music friends and family.

It is compact with 8 9 volt, and two 18 volt connections. Comes with all you need to hook up. I am building my own DIY pedalboard. Will finish on Monday.

My experience with sweetwater started after a good experience with another retailer who couldn't acquire my guitar of choice. Ashton was outstanding through the entire process. I have shopped with Sweetwater for quite some time and they have always had amazing service, amazing prices and flexible payment options. I want to emphasize the service you receive because buying from Sweetwater grants you a sales engineer who is assigned to you for as long as you both have business with them. My sales engineer, Nick, is amazingly helpful. I have reached out by email late night before and will still get a prompt reply from him. He also writes from time to time just to check in and see how everything is going. He has even gone as far as to order me some pickups that they didn't offer on their site, and got them for me at a cheaper rate than I saw for myself on the manufacturer's website, which I was blown away by. I have only worked with Nick during my time buying from Sweetwater, but I can imagine that this is a pretty standard experience with one of their representatives, Sweetwater seems to heavily emphasize their customer care and a good customer experience, which they achieve and then some.
Overall, Sweetwater has given me no reason to shop elsewhere, they have what I want at the best prices with payment options that are best for me when needed, and the best service you can ask for.

When I first got follow-up calls from a SW rep a few years back, I admit I was annoyed. I wasn't yet in a position to buy, I had just been window-shopping. During a call it was suggested I apply for a SW Card and I was not accepted.
Fast forward a couple years... my rep Roq was persistent in following up with me and I eventually did qualify for a card. I have made a few 0% interest purchases since and I've grown to appreciate his communication and expertise regarding gear suggestions and my eventual purchases.
I even received a follow up call after an expensive purchase to see how I was getting on with my new keyboard.
I value transparency and good communication. Roq Martin and Sweetwater have provided that, above and beyond.

It's not very often you feel like a real person when ordering online... I had a few questions and the rep was patient while I talked through what I was looking for.
