Every time I've worked with Sweetwater, their customer service, product knowledge and quick service have proven to be exceptional and exactly what I would do for my customers if I owned that business. Bought a Kala soprano ukulele from Sweetwater. Was a good experience. Unlike the generic online retailer that was the other option, from Sweetwater I got:
- A better deal on the package (Uke, carry bag, tuner).
- Good packaging and advice on leaving the Uke in the packaging for temperature to settle.
- Small personal touches which makes me understand they care about what they sell.

Aaron always returns my calls and messages promptly and I have never been disappointed in a purchase that Aaron helped me decide on. Sweetwater ships immediately and packs carefully, and you won't find better prices anywhere--including Amazon. Best guitars ever

My friends is a true guitar lover. He's fond of listening to rock music and he has plenty of idol from the world of rock music. I knew this information and understood that if I would never buy him a guitar, then probably he couldn't ever try to play guitar, maybe it would be his favorite activity. Anyway, I believe that the best gift is something that is presented from the bottom of your heart. I applied to this store and asked them to tell me information about one guitar which I noticed in their assortment. So, the customer support managers helped me and I ordered it. It is a great guitar and my friend really like it.

I recieved the customer service that you will not find anywhere on the planet. Seriouslly a real person from there company called me and had a talk with me about the mic and other stuff and assured me even more that this was a company i made the right choice ordering from. I paid for 2day shipping on the 17th and got what i orderd exactly on the 19th beforr 430pm. They gave me w bag of candy with my order which im enjoying right now i cant say enough good things about these people i pray to God for there salvation because they are such amazing people above and behond they treated me like i was the only customer in the world. Im proud to say 1000's-10's of thousands of dollers will go to ordering from these people in the future nobody in the game is even close to them in terms of customer service. I wanna give a shoutout to the employee who called me his name is Nick graham this man needs a raise he needs whatever boost in the company there is hes amazing!

Have purchased from Sweetwater for about four years now. I'm not a musician but do the audio mastering for our church's podcast. So, I buy things that relate to that endeavor; microphones, digital recorders, etc. Not once has their customer service been anything short of exemplary. Our client engineer, Khaleed Matmati, has been an attentive and engaging representative, always genuinely interested in our projects. He has been helpful in the extreme and shares a passion for audio engineering that I've never been blessed with, with any vendor, in the past. We have also been to their store / headquarters in Ft Wayne, three times and can only say, you have to see it to believe it! It is an audiophile or musicians' absolute dream destination.

Peace of mind

I have been a Sweetwater customer since 2009. I could not be happier with my gear and the service I have received from Sweetwater. I have ordered many guitars, amplifiers, home studio equipment, and accessories from Sweetwater and have always received courteous and prompt information and support with my orders. Orders arrive on time and in excellent condition.
Their greatest strength is their Sales Engineers. I have learned to trust them when I need advice. I have received timely calls from my Sales Engineer providing feedback and information on my orders. My Sales Engineer advises me on equipment meeting my needs, not just the most expensive gear they sell.
I will continue to purchase from Sweetwater and recommend everyone to give the a try.

I have never had a issue with help making a purchase or not received great advice to decide. Returns are easy and was my mistake on product.
Shipping is great.

Great company

I have purchased music equipment online from Amazon, Samash, Guitar Center, etc. Sweetwater is a company I can trust very much. I have purchased audio interface and earphones from them. My salesman John Castro is very enthusiastic and professional, Always answering my concerns or questions in time. I thought the whole shopping process was enjoyable.

Rob Kramer Is The Best!

Rob is the best! Knowledgeable, honest and goes above and beyond! I came over from Musicians Friend because I ordered an item in December of 2020. After months of stories, I reached out to Sweetwater and was lucky to get Rob. He didn't promise me the rainbow - he gave me accurate and honest status reports and called me directly! Fantastic Customer Service. I feel he's more of a friend not a vendor. The item in question: Nathan East Signature 5 string bass.
