Bought a Kala soprano ukulele from Sweetwater. Was a good experience. Unlike the generic online retailer that was the other option, from Sweetwater I got:
- A better deal on the package (Uke, carry bag, tuner).
- Good packaging and advice on leaving the Uke in the packaging for temperature to settle.
- Small personal touches which makes me understand they care about what they sell.
Many years of gear purchases with all the big name stores has taught me that one thing is true... Sweet Water has the best staff and they truly care about your shopping experience.

My friends is a true guitar lover. He's fond of listening to rock music and he has plenty of idol from the world of rock music. I knew this information and understood that if I would never buy him a guitar, then probably he couldn't ever try to play guitar, maybe it would be his favorite activity. Anyway, I believe that the best gift is something that is presented from the bottom of your heart. I applied to this store and asked them to tell me information about one guitar which I noticed in their assortment. So, the customer support managers helped me and I ordered it. It is a great guitar and my friend really like it.
I recieved the customer service that you will not find anywhere on the planet. Seriouslly a real person from there company called me and had a talk with me about the mic and other stuff and assured me even more that this was a company i made the right choice ordering from. I paid for 2day shipping on the 17th and got what i orderd exactly on the 19th beforr 430pm. They gave me w bag of candy with my order which im enjoying right now i cant say enough good things about these people i pray to God for there salvation because they are such amazing people above and behond they treated me like i was the only customer in the world. Im proud to say 1000's-10's of thousands of dollers will go to ordering from these people in the future nobody in the game is even close to them in terms of customer service. Have purchased from Sweetwater for about four years now. I'm not a musician but do the audio mastering for our church's podcast. So, I buy things that relate to that endeavor; microphones, digital recorders, etc. Not once has their customer service been anything short of exemplary. Our client engineer, Khaleed Matmati, has been an attentive and engaging representative, always genuinely interested in our projects. He has been helpful in the extreme and shares a passion for audio engineering that I've never been blessed with, with any vendor, in the past. We have also been to their store / headquarters in Ft Wayne, three times and can only say, you have to see it to believe it! It is an audiophile or musicians' absolute dream destination.
Every step of the way there's so much experience and knowledge to draw from here! I'm 10 steps ahead with every purchase, and 100 times happier! Not to mention Drake Sobehrad is the best!
