Used Swappa for the first time this week to buy a replacement phone after my husband ran over and crushed his with the car. The phone still worked so I was looking for screen repair when I came across Swappa. Turns out it was cheaper to buy a replacement and Swappa made the experience so easy and painless. I've used many online shopping sites, but hands down, Swappa is the best-designed site I have ever come across. They thought thru every question or concern and answered it before I even thought of it... the process flowed so easily. Big round of applause for the developers. I wish every site on the web was so well designed.
This transaction was great. Seller provided excellent communication, shipped item promptly and well package. Item was exactly as described. Minor issue with iCloud account being locked, but quickly resolved by Seller. Swappa, Great site and service! Thanks.
Swappa is great and everything was perfect, though Swappa might take a bit too much of a fee. It's a flat $10 for everything I think, which is reasonable for most devices but for cheaper devices like smartwatches it's a bit much.
I have to say I bought a I phone 5 from a seller it didn't work I tried to contactable seller and got no response except from swappa staff that helped me through it. Two days later leery my daughter tried to buy another phone from a different seller the phone was great and so was the seller thank you swappa staff for helping me get my money back from the seller who sold a broken phone I will

After 2 misses with another popular online company that kept sending me blacklisted phones, I was pretty frustrated by the time I got to Swappa. The prices were a little higher than I was hoping, but the promptness in which I received the phone and quality product that I got were completely worth it.
I bought a Galaxy S5 Active advertised as like new. It arrived when promised in original Hong Kong packaging (english). Battery needed charging, and had to get new SIM card from AT&T store since old one was obsolete, but once charged phone worked beutifully, used AT&T Remote Transfer to move contacts and apps without issue. Very happy with the transaction with Misty and with Swappa as well. Outstanding program!
