The phone came as advertised. So far, it is working really well. I purchased it for my son as he crushed his LG G3 phone. He actually paid for this phone. He has already purchased accessories for it. The phone came a few days later than expected. However, that was more the fault of the shipping company than the seller.

I bought a used Note 4, which can be notorious for getting a wrong version since so many exist (AT&T, T-Mobile, International LTE, International 4G...) but the phone I received was correct, seller shipped quickly, price I paid was more than fair and the whole process was closely monitored by the Swappa system with periodic notifications and reminders. I will be buying my used devices from Swappa from now on. The sellers on eBay are far riskier to do business with.
I just purchased a Refurbished T-Mobile LG G3, black 32GB on Swappa. Price was $133. It arrived a few days after I placed the order, shipped by USPS priority mail. The phone is in mint condition and was well packaged. I have used it for only a few hours, but it functions flawlessly. Put in the T-Mobile micros sim and it was ready to use. Already rooted it, installed TWRP, and SuperSu and everything works great.

I was looking for a trusted place to buy several inexpensive phones that were reliable. I did not want to use my local Craigslist because I have had bad experiences before. Swappa did not disappoint, it is now my go to place for these types of needs. I do understand that individual experiences vary depending from the seller you buy from. But so far I have only had great luck. I still highly recommend, for I believe that Swappa makes sure that bad experiences are close to non existent.

Within minutes after placing our order for a mint condition Samsung Galaxy S5 on a Tuesday, the seller had started the shipping process. The phone was shipped the next day and arrived on Friday. My granddaughter was thrilled. It was in mint condition as promised and is up and running. I would recommend Swappa (and have) to anyone looking for a phone.
