I'm glad I made my purchase(iPhone 6s plus) with swappa. After reading the selling and buying guidelines, I felt that I could go ahead and shop with confidence. I was not disappointed. I've used swappa now for 4 different phone purchases and i can only say good things about the site. Never have i felt safer buying a phone from another person than i have on this site. Even the 1 bad experience with a phone came with swift response from staff and excellent communication between me and the seller. I dont see myself buying a phone from a store ever again.

Horrible experience. Sold bad phone seller promised to send fed ex mailer and refund money did not follow through. I would never buy anything through swappa again!

I bought the phone from the seller on a saturday of a long weekend, no response two days in a row, then the seller finally responded (emails were going to their spam folder) and they sent it 1 day priority to make up the time.

Worried it would be a failed sale, but swappa staff stayed on top of it.

I had never heard of Swappa until last week. I stumbled upon it when searching for a used phone sorted by carrier. I've run into several problems in the past trying to buy phones off the internet (incompatibility issues, receiving goods that didn't match descriptions, unscrupulous sellers/repairers, etc.), but Swappa made it easy. I got exactly what I wanted for a great price.

I have purchased a phone and a tablet and have had no issues with either transaction. Much easier than craigslist or ebay.

The whole concept and process of swappa is honestly one to uphold.
It's quick, it's easy, and it's great.
Couldn't ask for more, couldn't be happier with my experience.

My experiences with swappa have all been great. Every product I've purchased have served their purpose. I'm skeptical about second hand products, but through swappa, the transition is made with a certain since of security and transparency, that puts my mind at ease. I'm waiting on them to offer other electronic avenues, such as televisions, game consoles, and etc.
