Bought an HTC m9 in very good condition and it was exactly that. Screen was 99.8% perfect and only some scuffing near charging port. For $230 it was a steal.

Swappa is the best place to buy or sell a phone because the fees are much less that eBay. It also seems that you get more money for your phones when selling. All in all, a great experience.

Simple process, easy to communicate with seller, good detail in photos/descriptions. Products arrived on time and in condition described. No surprises, unless something described as used was closer to Brand NEW condition.

Swappa seems to screen the sellers items to be sure they are exactly as advertised. EBay and AmaZon do not.
