When I did purchase the device, there was a minor problem with the charging cable, but the Swappa staff assisted in getting the issue resolved and I have to give credit to the Seller for correcting the issue. I am glad Swappa has a rating system for the sellers. This makes me feel more comfortable about buying from a third party. I had a minor issue with the second purchase due to the phone posted for sale was indicated as black and the one shipped to me was white, but that was with the seller, and wasn't a significant issue. I was otherwise pleased with the transaction.
