The screen actually looks new, now as far as the Body/Case of the phone you may want a case to protect your investment. I highly recommend this Seller and site.

As a seller, Swappa is horrible. I had a buyer buying a working Iphone and then the preak turner around, said that the phone was not working properly. I had to return the money but when I received the phone, was a different Iphone. Not only the body was different but the IMEI number was different. I even asked Swappa before the refund if they could receive the phone and test it (as I knew it was working) but NO. Sorry, your loss... Again, another website who is only concerned with their slice of pie. STAY AWAY. You are better off at Ebay where they at least try something...
