Just finished up my 3rd transaction on Swappa in the last year or so. Staff is always very prompt and helpful, transactions are smooth, and the listings are monitored by real humans. I always feel safe whether buying or selling on the site.

I've bought and sold items through eBay for years but saw an iPhone 6s for a good price on Swappa and decided to give it a try. The phone arrived promptly and was in better condition than I expected (it was described as 'fair' by the seller' but I would describe it as 'good'). There was a small issue related to unlocking that the seller worked through very quickly and the Swappa customer service were very quick to monitor the issue. I would certainly use Swappa again in the future.

I've bought a Surface 3 Pro (and sold a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2) on Swappa. I found the listing and buying experience to be simple, streamlined and very user friendly. Don't be afraid to ask questions and be sure to read the questions others have posted about the device you're considering. It helps alot! The site staff were very helpful to me as a new seller/user. I'd suggest Swappa as a site for 'ecycling' one's devices or finding a new device.

I've bought three used devices on Swappa and have had nothing but good experiences with them. By forcing users to post pictures of their device with their sales number visible, you have a better idea of what you are really buying (much more so than you would with Ebay, their closest competitor). Can't recommend enough!
