The delivery was prompt and the overall condition of the phone was very good

I just purchased my 3rd slightly used smartphone from Swappa over the past 2 years, and they are the only way I will buy a phone anymore. They screen all listed phones so you don't have to guess if the phone is stolen or available for use on your network, and there's always a great selection to choose from. I'm and IT guy and I've personally recommended Swappa to many friends and family, and anyone else who will listen.

This was my first time using Swappa but it won't be the last. Very easy to use, extremely fast response to questions or concerns. I got a great deal saved a lot of $$$.

Ting recommended selling a phone on Swappa, but I ended up buying two phones. The site is so easy to use and gives you all the information you need to feel like you're making a safe purchase. What a great find!

Swappa is a great place to find a good used phone.

At first I was a little leery of buying a phone via Swappa, but the experience was great as it turned out. Easy to browse, communicate, ask questions, and purchase. The Swappa staff were helpful, and the seller was honest and fast. Gotta love it - couldnt have asked for better. I will use Swappa in the future and will recommend to friends and family.

Swappa is the best, I have had multiple experiences selling and buying, never been disappointed yet. It makes no sense to pay retail. When there are tons of great hardware looking for new homes

Swappa needs a policy that makes the seller state up front on the front page and not hidden in a sub menu somewhere when standard accessories (charger and cord) are not included.

This is the second phone I've purchased using this Site and not only have I been pleased with my phones but the overall service and the effort Swappa puts in to make sure not only the buyer is happy but the seller as well.
