I have sold and bought many phones on swappa. I keep my phones in pristine condition. I had bought great devices on swappa.
Do your homework though. I have seen sellers asking more for the same phone you can buy on Amazon.
If your informed and know your products. You can't beat swappa

Never heard of swappa but needed a phone quick and didn't want to pay full price for a new one. Found ample of items that fit my need and just sat back and watched for the one I wanted to fall into place price wise. Had a phone a few days later. I will without a doubt recommend this website. I normally buy from eBay but nothing big like a phone nor one that cost me 530 and turned out a ripoff and waiting a month just for a refund. I searched around and came across swaps and was Leary but the reviews were so good so I gave it a try. Better prices, better deals and super fast shipping and the buyer was beyond outstanding. Phone was advertised as in mint condition and it truly is. I like the way Swappa assures the listed phones are not blacklisted. A very pleasant transaction.

My seller was very patient with me and willing to work out some of the problems. Although there was an issue with the phone, there was NO issue with the seller and swappa was close by if needed, but it was a great experience.
