I like testing out new devices, or devices I've never used before. I've bought more than several mobile phones on swappa. This last purchase, I bought two separate devices from two different sellers. The phones purchased were just as described or better. They both arrived at my house in less than two days. That's not to say I expect that on every purchase (to get them within one business day shipped at my door), but out of all my purchases I have had a 5 star rating for every seller except one. Even the one seller I gave less than 5 stars with he generously made up for his mistake.

I bought a tablet for my brother, and the guy I bought it from was great, no complaints. Quick and easy.

However, I was selling my own tablet and it was purchased by a man who clearly had no comprehension of the English language, because I stated multiple times that I would not sell to buyers with an unconfirmed PayPal address. I had to do two refunds for this moron because he re-purchased it knowing his address was unconfirmed, and overdrafted my bank account $336, plus an overdraft fee.

The second buyer was perfect, but the bad thing about Swappa is there isn't really a way to clear your buyers before they purchase from you. There's security so buyers know sellers are genuine, but not so much the other way around. It's a great site and I highly recommend it, just beware of who your buyers are!

Using Swappa was super easy.
The resellers are all rated and the customers are encouraged to leave their honest ratings.
You could see who would be reliable and unreliable from the get go.
I just bought a Galaxy S7 Edge that came with free shipping and an Otterbox. It was one of the easiest transactions to make.
Swappa keeps a graph letting you know whether the electronic is being sold at all time high, low, or average. It makes the buyer's decision so much better. Needless to say, I will be using Swappa again the future and have already recommended it to all my friends.

If Swappa didn't exist, it would have been necessary to invent it. I've sold two iPhones so far, and both sold within about 20 minutes of being listed. I bought a new phone listed as unlocked and mint condition, and when it arrived, it was in -- take a breath -- unlocked and mint condition, exactly as described.

I just wish a version of Swappa existed for computers and computer parts, which would get me off eBay completely. You can still find honest sellers and buyers on eBay, but they're mixed in with all the thieves and scoundrels. Swappa so far seems to attract only honest participants.
