I found Swappa while searching to buy a new phone online. I had never heard of swappa and I was sceptical at first. The staff was very friendly and it was so fast and easy. I'm glad I found this site.

Despite a PayPal problem at first (Swappa got paid but seller did not) and a FRP problem (seller didn't remove Google account before factory reset, so phone was unusable at that point), it all worked out and I'm very happy with the phone I bought. The Swappa experience for me was never unpleasant at any point, though I did do a lot of reading.

Loved the "mint" like new phone selection. On other sites the top level was "good" and I found that term to be the mid-range to lower end phones on swappa! Wanted like new & got like new! Great phone for a great deal!

I was looking for a new phone, did my research and figured that I could get a used one cheaper to fit my needs. I looked for the best condition one on swappa and bam 2 days later its here and works great. 10$ fee between seller and buyer apparently. So $10 to save me craigslist troubles.

Ten dollars. That's it. The difference financially between this purchase and my last purchase through another website was $10. That, and the fact I lost my shirt last time and wound up with a paperweight instead of a phone. I would say this was $10 well spent. Thank you Swappa!
