Purchase the new iPhone 7 plus from a recommended seller and everything was smooth as a baby's butt with the transaction. I would highly recommend buying on swappa. Never had anything go wrong on there yet with any transaction. Unlike eBay which can be problem ridden.

The staff of Swappa seems to do an excellent job of ensuring that the phone listed is as described. I generally don't buy phones new, and have always gone the eBay route, but there's no one at eBay watching your back, and it seems the same goes for sellers, too. I got the exact phone I wanted in great shape, at an excellent price.

Swappa is a breath of fresh air compared to eBay and Amazon. Sellers have to verify products in such a way that cuts out scams completely. I've been using Swappa for the past 3 years now and have been completely satisfied.

The website was super easy to use and the Swappa support team kept checking in to make sure everything went smoothly from payment to shipping to receiving the device.

All questions were answered prior to sale. Seller was vetted. Shipment was prompt. Tracking reliable. Product was exactly as listed. Had no problems with carrier setting up service.

Everything was better than expected! User friendly website, no surprises. What you see is what you get, no changes at checkout. Very easy to communicate with the sellers on here. I would definitely recommend the site to anyone.

My paypal payment would not go through at first, but swappa staff were patient and helpful and in constant communication. Even an idiot like me finally got it right.

I was put off by the prices on Gazelle and the vibes on eBay. Then I found Swappa, where the deals are many and the vibes great!

Swappa is always a good place to find a good deal on gently use/new mobile device this day, i use to use eBay but ever since I find out about Swappa never went back to buy anything on eBay and the best part is safety. EBay has to many people trying to scam, and 50% of the time I buy item on ebay they never as described... people don't take my word for it go and try it yourself and stop wasting time in price item on ebay..
