Signed up for alerts for the phone I wanted. One came in so I quickly clicked 'buy' and used paypal. 2 days later I had the phone. Sold very easily too. I got the price that I wanted for the phone I sold.

What a great way to buy used electronics. I bought an old iphone 4 for my kids to have while out and about... just for texting or calling me. It shipped very quickly and the condition was perfect (though it was described as good). Extremely happy with Swappa!

What can I say? Swappa makes it easy to buy phones, and to be confident that you're getting what's advertised. I've used it multiple times and will continue to do so in the future.

Found what I needed promptly. Item was listed in excellent condition and it was... factory reset and very prompt deilvery!

I went and bought a slightly damaged phone for 300 dollars less than the retail price, everything was easy and I got it within three days.

I tried shopping for a phone on a competitors website. (it rhymes with EShmay) the phone price was listed as super low, but then when you would select a color and gb size, the price would triple. Such a joke. I am not fond of liars. Swappa was very straightforward, and we received exactly what was advertised and it arrived very quickly. Thank you for a frustration free shopping experience.

Had ordered a new LG G5 and it was in mint condition with goodies. Cost about 60% less than the actual phone retail price. Thanks for the great customer service and awesome communication. The phone literally looks unused. Definitely worth every penny. I am a die hard Amazon customer but I haven't seen any deal like this one, sorry Amazon. Still like Amazon but will be recommending Swappa.

This was my first time using Swappa and I was a bit skeptical. What I found was a tightly coupled link between buyer and seller along with close monitoring and assistance from Swappa staff. I alway felt in control since I had the final say that the product was as advertised and the sale was complete.

Just completed my second purchase on Swappa. Both have been great experiences. I have over 700 purchases on eBay, but prefer Swappa, as I feel more connected with the seller and the site administrators. The whole set up, and fee structure, I believe is better for both parties- buyer and seller.

Swappa admin ensures the seller is following all the rules, if not, they will pull the listing until corrected. They respond very quickly to any questions. They work to satisfy any issue with the transaction.

Phone was great at first. But then obviously rebuilt phone ran into major heating issues and does nothing but power up, over heat, and shut down now. Now very expensive hot brick...
