There was an issue with USPS failing to forward the mail (I live in Melbourne, FL), and both the seller and Swappa staff were helpful in getting the transaction closed. It arrived as if new, with complete box, accessories, etc. For $10/sale commission Swappa is absolutely worth it!

The phone shipped in 2 days, and it was in better condition than expected, as it was only marked "fair" condition, but honestly looks barely used at all. I purchased a phone that was delivered in the perfect condition as promised. However, the phone was a different version than I wanted. I admittedly didn't ask specifically for info on the version of the phone from the seller, but I think the seller should have listed this on the posting. Otherwise a good buying experience with the seller and Swappa.
