I have purchased 4 phones from Swappa over the past few years and feel its the safest way to purchase used phones. The photos give a good overview and it is easy to research, compare phones and recent sales trends. I also appreciate that the sales are protected through PayPal. Its a great way to purchase a decent phone for much less that you would pay through one of the big carriers or a retail store.

I have not bought a phone on contract from a carrier in YEARS and it is purely due to the ease of buying and selling on SWAPPA. The customer service team is extremely helpful, all devices are checked and verified by SWAPPA before being posted to the site and every device that I've purchased has been true to form based on the seller's pictures and descriptions. I highly recommend SWAPPA to people on a very regular basis so that they can buy their devices without hassle!

I am usually not an iphone person so I had no idea it was fake but was very happy that my daughters friend noticed it was a fake otherwise I would have never known. I needed to contact Swappa staff because Pay-pal paid swappa but not the seller. I did not know how to fix it, but then he told me to contact pay-pal and they corrected the problem and it was all good.

This was my first time using Swappa. I was impressed with the speedy service for help if I needed it. The seller was very good to work with. I thought all was going well after I got the package until I was at the mobile store when I couldnt get the Pixel XL activated. That was when I wondered if I had been duped for a stolen phone. I was extremely happy that did NOT happen, but that was a thought that crossed my mind when the phone wouldnt let me activate it and scared me a little. Everything worked out and I felt relieved. Crazy things do happen today. I will buy from Swappa again.

After all still not certain when or how my product will arrive as everything seems to be in limbo as the language indicated not to mark the sale complete until delivered. The sale receipt did not indicate any shipping info so I marked it complete even without product in hand = "Delivered"? You said You got paid ok.
