Call me an old fart but I was really apprehensive about buying a "used" phone online. It was easy, the phone is flawless and I no longer have to pay my wireless provider 2-3 times as much over a two year period to buy a phone from them. Great service

I buy and sell all my devices on swappa. I wish they hadn't increased the selling fee, but I do understand where they are coming from. I just hope they stop with latest increase and don't turn into FeeBay..

My son needed a phone as his last one got broken. I found Swappa to be better than other sites selling ohones, much more descriptive and plenty of pics. The phone came within a few days. It looks like it is in excellent condition. The seller also put in chargers and ear buds. I am very satisfied with my transaction with Swappa and the Seller Panda Electronics.

You should require sellers to specify shipping service and shipping price or allow calculated price.

I was happy to see the products and glad to get answers from seller for the products. However one drawback was encountered by me such as delivery address to be paypal confirmed which I didn't had. Could be made some other alternatives in such cases. Otherwise all good.
