I've purchased phones on Swappa twice! Both times I had great transactions, the phones were mailed quickly, and were just as advertised. No unpleasant surprises. Both times, the sellers found some little incidental thing (a bumper in one case - a USB cord in another) that they threw in, though they weren't advertised. I won't spend the money on a new phone again.

It was one of the easiest online purchasing experiences that I have had. Swappa made sure everything was as advertised and that I was happy with my purchase. They stand behind their word and make sure that you aren't taken advantage of. I have used the site twice now and it has worked out perfectly both times. I will use Swappa again and encourage others to as well.
