They have a lot of regular sellers there so as long as you are a little careful I'm sure you'll have a fine experience there. Don't go looking for a dirt cheap deal- do your homework, find out what the phone you want is worth on the aftermarket, and choose a reputable dealer. There are guys on there that sell constantly. I got a pristine Samsung S7 for a couple hundred dollars off of new.

The purchase of my Samsung Galaxy S6 was flawless. Shipped same day and arrived as scheduled. Sold as "Mint;" arrived as MINT PLUS! Could not be happier. Dealer emailed me as to shipping and answered my question regarding transferring data from present cell.

I've been burnt in the past buying used smartphones from ebay because the IMEI wasn't clean so i couldn't register my sim card on it. So this time i thought i'd try Swappa and it was awesome. The seller provided good communication and follow through. The best part is that the product arrived a day sooner than I had expected.

A friend referal recommended this site. Easiest and most convenient way to buy sell electronics. I hope it can be expanded to gaming consoles, tv's etc. Will use again and recommend to others as the place to go and buy phones/tablets.

I am really glad I have stumbled upon swappa about two years ago. This is one great site and each phone I have purchased have all been mint condition plus great prices. Swappa is amazing to use. My only complain is having to use PayPal. Supporting Bitcoin or other payment processors would eliminate the only pain point I have.

Received a device that was just as advertised. Had a brief issue with the seller's product when it was received (not Swappa's fault necessarily) but Swappa staff and the seller themselves were both readily available and the issue was quickly resolved. No complaints.
