I used Swappa 2 times. Purchased a used phone each time. Sellers' description of devices were accurate. No embellishments or hiding of minor faults like light scratches. Sellers shipped products very quickly. Both arrived within 3 business days. Devices activated normally without issue and are performing perfectly. I expect to use Swappa for all my device purchases in the future.

I've never had such a seamless experience buying a phone on the internet. Swappa is fantastic (for the buyer, at least) and well worth checking out if you are in the market for a new or used phone

Couldn't rate after getting item. Says that I rated but never actually completed. Became harassed to rate, even though I thought I did. Had to uninstall the app to use website version where I finally rate properly.

Can't begin to explain how simple the process was. Having to vet IMEI numbers, ESN, call quality, speaker, camera, etc is a very strenuous process. Swappa seems to have it down for the most part, and if my future purchases are like my first I'll probably be buying from this site all the time

Way better purchasing a phone on here than on E Bay because of the stringent requirements that this website have in order to have a good working cellphone that is purchased. I was really please with the communication with the seller, and I was really pleased with the phone i purchased. I would recommend to anyone who needs an affordable cellphone, or a replacement, to this website.

There was a challenging activation issue with my watch, and this was diligently cared for by the seller and Joshua Grady of the Swappa team. While I've bought devices on other sites, this experience had the stress-relieving feeling that I was being looked after throughout the buying process. I really appreciate the Swappa experience!

I have been using Swappa for a couple of years now. The site is first class, I don't have to worry about stolen, broken or unusable phones from Swappa. I have had an experience with seller not responding to sales and the Swappa Team was on it immediately AND got it resolved. This is the first place I go to when I need a used phone.

I had bought a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge off of swappa. The phone came to me in very good shape and operative condition. Very good buy!

I was a little sceptical. But figured I'd give it a shot with a phone. Very easy to use the site and find exactly what I was looking for. I was also able to get insurance for a used device at a reasonable price which surprised me. I'll be hunting for another phone and a tablet soon.
