Swappa provides a gret platform to find the cwll phone you are looking for. My sign up, browsing, and transaction experience was super smooth. I found the phone i needed at a great price. The seller i worked with was super on it and i got my phone in a very short amoubt of time. I would absolutely use swappa again!

Hello I have used swappa.com over 30 times to check the validity of there ratings. Their slogan is no junk devices. There is no more of a false statement then that. Anyone selling on that site can claim what ever rating they want. Out of the 30 purchases 3 never showed up, 22 showed up completely over stated about quality mint=good, mint=fair in even more cases. 5-6 showed up as described but that had to do with the sellers honesty not the sites, they allow this to go on so that they get their cut of the sale and will do anything to protect that. I am just saying purchase at your own risk because when things go wrong they are of no help to the buyer and get more upset about having to refund your sale fee then the fact that you got screwed out of hundreds of dollars.

I had bad experiences before trying to buy a used phone on eBay, and I've used Swappa twice with no issues and no anxiety about how it will turn out. I never had to wait more than a day or two once I bought my phones, and the process is monitored for everyone's protection throughout. I won't buy a used phone any other way.

I have bought numerous and i mean numerous items on Swappa and only had one problem ever and that was the fact that the seller said something had more memory than it actually did. They check IMEI numbers of all phones listed on their site to make sure there are no activation locks, iclouds, or unpaid bills attached to the device, before allowing it to be listed. They require real photos and Paypal covers all purchases made through them. Love the site and will continue to use it.
