I have used Swapps to purchase several used iphones and have consistently received great service. My most recent purchase of an iphone 5S in "good" condition was quickly delivered and the phone works as advertised although I would rate it as in excellent condition.

The seller responded to my questions very fast, and after I received the device there was an issue and he gave me his personal contact info.

I had never heard of Swappa before until one of my IT friends told me about it. Everything was laid out simply and easy to read. The process was fast and easy. I will say that phones go fast so you keep an eye out for what you want and it will pop up in a few days. My sister is now keeping an eye out for her next phone.

It took awhile to find the phone I wanted, but I found a good phone at a good price. The seller excluded some extra stuff in the package.

I bought 2 Iphone 6 plus. Both great phones arrived as described. One big advantage is that Swappa list the exact model number. I specifically needed a A1524 unlocked to travel to Asia. Thanks!

Phone arrived on time in mint condition as promised. Have used Swappa twice and both times with excellent results. Prices are very reasonable and both times selected phones in mint condition, and was very pleased to see them arrive in mint condition and working. Phone came with original manufacturer charger and cable, and ear pods. Will keep using them and their vendors.

The process at Swappa went perfect. The phone condition was described by the seller as mint, now that I have the phone I can attest his description was totally accurate. I'd for sure use Swappa again and also buy items from the seller.

Excellent transaction very easy to figure out and understand ten times better than eBay I didn't have to worry if what I was getting was in crappy condition as is a constant worry with eBay great communication with swappa and seller

Getting 3005 error code and they just say it's on paypal side but there is no issue with the paypal account. Frustrating and useless site wasted my time.

First time using the site, extremely satisfied with transaction. Easy to use interface, and excellent feedback and quality control systems ensure the sellers and devices are legitimate and as advertised. I would definitely come here first for a used phone before taking my chances on that *other* large auction site.
