That saves time and increases the confidence in a purchase. Just decide the cosmetic condition and price point, then make the purchase. The staff is quick to respond as well. I bought a phone on this website and immediately the reception was very poor and I'm not able to make calls. For a year I have tried to contact the seller and Swappa.com Help support for help with fixing it or a replacement. The seller and Swappa.com were extremely unresponsive and not helpful at all. Do not buy from this site! Now I'm stuck with a full price phone I can't even use to make calls!

This was my very first time using Swappa, so I was a bit apprehensive, but with all the checks Swappa has in place, I decided to give it a shot.

Aside from a glitch in the fingerprint sensor, the phone was pretty much MINT! Very happy with my purchase! Seller was also very patient as I had to wait to activate the phone! Highly recommended!^_^
