This is my first experience with SWAPPA, and it has been great! I was very nervous about making a major purchase without any prior knowledge of the site. But, the transaction was perfect.

I just bought a phone on Swappa. The phone arrived as described, in great condition. When I had a few questions and troubleshooting needs, both Swappa staff and the seller were very responsive.

So far I have bought 7 phones and 1 tablet on swappa. I have never had a bad experience on Swappa. I don't even both buying phones from the store anymore, I just go on Swappa and get myself a newish phone for half to a three quarter the normal price. I never look anywhere else for phones or tablets, Swappa is the first and only place I go.

This is a great selling and buying site. All devices are checked for defects or fraudulent sales. Swappa staffs are always popping up out of nowhere whenever they think something is wrong somewhere.

Swappa is a trusted site and they will help to resolve any problems with a sale. One feature of the service that is misleading is when Swappa automatically marks a sale as "complete". This implies the buyer has received and accepted the product, which may not be the case. Only the buyer should be authorized to mark a sale as complete and no one else, including the Swappa Staff.
