I've used Swappa to purchase my last 3 devices. They way they ask for verification on phones that are being sold is what drew me to the site in the first place. It made me feel that much better about buying a used phone. I've only had to deal with their support staff once, but it was a pleasant and easy experience.

Their website is very clean and easy to navigate. Occasionally, I catch myself just seeing what's on the market because of how easy it is to use. Listing device specs on the page for the device is also a very nice touch.

I would and have recommended Swappa to friendsand family without hesitation.

I chose a "Trusted Seller" from Swappa to purchase an IPhone 6S from. I initially received a Samsung flip phone due to a mis-shipment. (Very Sad). Swappa was involved immediately in contacting the dealer and was very responsive to my concerns over the weekend. I appreciated their excellent communication, and felt reassured, from then, and then from the trusted seller that I would receive my original phone. I am happily using it now. Thank you Swappa! And Cellphone Doctor. I will order again if needed.

I've been a loyal Swappa user for a few years now and have bought multiple phones and sold almost as many. Except for one irresponsible seller (had to get a refund, they never shipped and didn't respond to Swappa's demands for interaction), the site experience has been amazing.

In my case, I have kids who are not exactly careful with their phones and I choose not to buy from Verizon, as they either want a new 2-years with each phone "upgrade" or they want to charge an arm and a leg, so Swappa is the best for me. Your purchase is safe and secure and if the phone isn't as represented, the sale is risk free. On the selling side, you get to quickly sell your phone without a lot of hidden fees or transaction costs. Best of both worlds.

I accidently trashed my current galaxy s6, a full year before my next Upgrade. I am a small business owner, who's entire business is mostly run from my phone. I thought I was easily going to have to pay upwards of 400-500 to buy a decent phone without a phone Upgrade. That was until someone recomended I Check out swappa.com. I was able to buy a LG v10, in factory condition, including case and charger for $200 shipped. I have revived and activated my new to me phone and could not be happier with my purchase! Thank you swamps for providing the staff oversight to ensure integrity and fairness. I was able to read reviews about the seller of my device before purchasing from him. I just bought an iPad 4,32GB on Swappa for less than they were going for on eBay.
I've bought and sold many things on eBay, but I've had some bad experiences selling phones. I've had several people win bids on phones and then not pay. It's a big headache and you have to relist and wait another 7 days to sell. Swappa takes the risk out, the products are guaranteed to work and you have a safety net against fraud. I recommend it to friends who want to buy used phones and tablets. Way safer than Craigslist or Facebook yard sale sites.

I've purchased two phones from Swappa, and had a great experience with both purchases. I found both sellers I bought from to be honest, trustworthy, and very helpful. In both cases, the phones arrived quickly and were in great condition, as was described in the listings. I actually had a hardware issue with one phone shortly after purchasing (no fault of the seller's, it was a Nexus 5X, which many people have reported boot loop issues with), and the seller worked with me to provide relevant information about the original purchase and warranty. With his help, I was able to get a new replacement phone from Google at no cost. I'd highly recommend Swappa to anyone who is interested in purchasing a used phone.

I've been a member on Swappa for a few years and have always had good luck both buying and selling. Because of Swappa I don't have to spend so much money on my phones which makes me very happy. I love the way they are so careful with verifying everything and their buying and selling policies helps keep out negatives. I liked it better when they just had individual selling phones before they started having companies selling but I don't have to buy from companies if I don't want to so that's my workaround.

I started using Swappa site more than a year now. The site is the best where one can buy/sell electronics like mobile phones, iPad, tablets or Laptops. I have bought many electronic items from the site and each time I have not been disappointed. The website is handled by honest and technically savvy people and I recommend it to everyone.
