After several bad experiences with online purchases I was disgruntled until I came across Swappa. Never heard of the site so was a bit skeptical but once I saw the standard they hold and the quality people they have selling like Selvi P., I was delighted. Doing business with Selvi P. Showed that there are still people of integrity and honor out there. The device was in great condition as she mentioned, packaged with original box and accessories and even had a little surprise case that's durable and protects the phone well. She went the extra mile by helping me with carrier issues as well so I must say the experience was excellent! Swappa staff Brock H. Jumped in and helped clarify issues which made the deal flow even better. The phone even came 3 days before expected delivery. My expectations were exceeded and I would buy again.

Prior to my most recent transaction, my 3 selling transactions with swappa.com had been positive however after 3 weeks since I had sold an iphone 6 to a purchaser, the purchase claimed they were having issues with the phone and wanted a refund. I can understand the purchaser asking however what I don't understand is the way the swappa.com moderators were almost beligirent towards me and shaming me that I did not immediately agree to take phone back. I've read reviews where they've done the same to sellers even after 6 months! I will not be using their site ever again to purchase or sell.

Wanted a problem-free purchase of a near-new phone at a good price. Found it at Swappa. Only confusion was around the status of my add-on order for a screen protector. Swappa could improve that experience. Otherwise the site was well organized and helpful.

My first busy was bad, the seller went absconding after payment. Swappa did help me recover my payment and PayPal returned the payment in 2-3 weeks. I was hesitant buy anything again, but you can't blame Swappa for few rotten eggs. The second buy was excellent, the seller was great and received the product in 2 days of purchase. As usual Swappa support team is always available to support.

Definitely recommend Swappa for pre-owned phones!

I would definitely recommend Swappa over any other site in purchasing a used phone. I received the best price versus any other website. I was able to not only read about it's condition but there were photos to support it's description. You can even haggle if you want but that was not necessary in my case as the seller had offered a very good price for the iphone I purchased. The site also has other items such as tablets, etc. I will definitely use Swappa for all such future purchases.

Initially I had reservations purchasing a phone online, but heard great things about this site. Took the leap, and purchased a Samsung Note 5 from a vendor that offered a 30 day guarantee. The purchase was seamless, but there was an issue with the phone. The Vendor was wonderful! No questions asked, sent me a return label, and sent me a new phone which I received in 3 days. New phone was perfect, and at less than half the price than if I had bought it from the cell carrier. I couldn't be happier.
