Communication with the seller was good, and my situation was accommodated beautifully. The transaction was smooth, and my phone areived exactly when it was supposed to and in exactly the advertised condition. I'm already looking for another phone on Swappa.

While looking for a newer phone for my wife I discovered Swappa. I had been looking on e-bay and craigslist but was hesitant to purchase through them not truly knowing what I might get. Swappa, I felt, gave me a more secure feeling with purchasing a used phone and my transaction went flawlessly. We got a great phone at a good price and are very satisfied with our purchase.

I was lucky to hear about Swappa. Since then, I've bought many iPhones, most brand new in the box with full Apple warranty's. It's all safe, not at all sketchy like Craigslist or Letgo. No worries when you go through Swappa.

This is the first time I have used swappa to purchase a phone. I did have an issue with my shipping address but it was quickly resolved by a swappa employee. I would definitely use them again to purchase another phone.

Could not even have this Google Pixel limited edition Really Blue Pixel XL without Swappa. I'm a fan for life! Two days total time when every where else is 8 weeks! Swappa staff responded quickly when needed and process is seamless.

I was skeptical at first but decided to take a leap of faith and I was not disappointed. I could have bought this phone brand new for full price but I took a chance and bought a used one and save $300+. And you can't even tell that this phone has ever been used. It's in pristine condition and works just as it should the day it was opened.

Not much to say, found a decent phone for a good price. Good communication with the seller who was quick to respond with any questions I had. They did have a broad array of phones in all price ranges. Definitely where I will go for my next purchase or when it comes time to sell. Would, and have already, recommend Swappa to a friend.

I don't know if it was the seller or Swappa: I have not gotten better or faster service from any other big name sites. I would have rated this a five if I would have received a longer USB c cable for charging. I was somewhat dissatisfied with this puny 3" cord.

Although I tried to find the best product to meet my needs, there is so much information out there that it can be confusing. Having found enough information to be able to select a phone with the capabilities that I wanted, I found the Swappa website which clearly listed the available phones of the type I wanted. It was easy to select one and complete the purchase.

I bought a used phone from swappa.com. The product was as described and was delivered promptly. I would use them again.
