My wife fell in love with a friends iPad and wanted me to replace her Android tablet with one. I googled for iPad 4 and came across the Swappa site. Well, I'm glad it did. I found a beautiful iPad 4 for a fraction of the cost of a new one. Great deal. I'll go to Swappa to check on electronics in the future before going to other online stores. Highly satisfied user.

I have purchased 2 phones from Swappa as gifts, one used and one new. The used one was in excellent condition and the new one was still unopened, both arriving quickly and accurate to descriptions for good prices. The selection is good and changes daily. I can't imagine buying a phone from a major carrier again.

You are allowed to check out the phone (or whatever it is you are purchasing) for yourself before finalizing the sale, so it's safe and you decide if what you're buying is up to snuff.
What is has over Ebay is that everything is clear, there is no confusion about what you are buying. You wont see things like "Samsung Galaxy S3 S4 S5 Sprint Tmobile Verizon Unlocked New" all in the same heading.

My last transaction was bunk, but with PayPal... Full refund and Swappa customer service was awesome. This transaction made up for it, the seller was prompt in shipping the product and the phone is perfect. Swappa rocks!
Basically the title - you can buy a phone from Swappa assured that there aren't any financial holds on the phone and later go to resale the phone and find out that a seller of Swappa swindled you and you can't use the phone or sell it anywhere.
Swappa is toothless to do anything to go after the seller and won't take any responsibility for it themselves.
I have been using Swappa for a couple of years now. Never had a bad experience. Just like cars, I no longer buy brand new phones. Always look for deals with Swappa.

I love swappa! I've even received the wrong phone (by error of the Seller) and everything turned out smoothly. Swappa has excellent customer service and I prefer to buy with Swappa over Amazon and Ebay.
Swappa has some strict requirements on the quality of the phones they allow to be sold through their site (i. E. no water damage, clean ESN, fully functioning etc). This made me feel more secure using them as opposed to eBay. I got a phone cheaper than I would have on eBay in mint condition and it was a great experience.

I've bought several devices off Swappa over the years and every time I've had a great experience. It's like buying a used device on eBay, Amazon or Craigslist, but without the fear of being cheated, ripped-off, or murdered in some dark alley.
I had just about given up hope buying a "new" phone online (without paying full price from my current carrier). I bought one newish phone from Amazon and one from eBay, bought new SIMs, went to storefront, trying re-unlocking... after much ado I wound up having to return both as they just wouldn't work. I was hesitant when I found Swappa, but after reading some reviews and their very clear policy about checking the IMEIs before allowing sale on their site, I felt confident enough to give it a try. I am sooo glad I did! I got exactly what I was looking for at a very good price, it came so fast I didn't get a chance to look at provided tracking, the phone was in excellent "new" condition, with original SIM and better still, it was clean. I had no trouble at all activating it (didn't even have to go to the store!) I'm telling all my friends about this site!
