I bought a used phone from Swappa. It was at the lowest advertised price. The phone was shipped one day after ordered and was in excellent condition and works perfectly.
My Note 4 was listed for sale on Swappa last year. The buyer purchased it through Paypal. I verified that all his information was correct before i shipped it. The phone was insured with a tracking number. Guy said he never received the phone. He put a claim in with PayPal and they saw in his favor. I lost my $300 phone, shipping costs, and my PayPal account was frozen and had a negative balance. Swappa was no help what so ever. I've never dealt with Swappa again, not for selling or buying. No thanks.
