2nd time purchasing on swappa and again received a quality product. No issues with purchase or product. Swappa is my goto place for new/like new phone. My some has purchased a couple of times as well with no issues too.

I have bought 2 iphones before from swappa, but this time It has been little bit bad experience. Swappa must check all the pictures of phones as I received a phone with little scratches and that seller didn't accepting. This thing needs to be controlled by swappa. I accept the phone with scratches because I spent almost two days in searching phone over swappa and didn't wanted to spent more times.

I have recently purchased two cell phone on Swappa's site. It was the most pleasant transaction, that I've experienced. I recently sold one of my old phones on their site and presently have my wife's phone listed as well. Great experience and much cheaper to sell vrs Ebay.

In years past I bought a couple of phones here which worked, however my latest is a total loss. They sold me a Samsung Galaxy S-5 that had unpaid T-Mobile bills against it. T-Mobile (rightly) refuses to activate it, and now Swappa is giving me a run-around about getting a refund. Their support web pages are impossible to navigate. Much better to use a trusted seller on E-Bay.

I just bought my third Swappa phone and I have yet to be disappointed. Everything listed is as advertised.
With other phone sale sites, I feel like you never know what you're going to get. With Swappa, I feel confident that I am going to get what was advertised.
I also sold one phone on Swappa. It sold right away and was a super easy process/transaction and the fees are very reasonable.

I was nervous because the seller was non-responsive after the sale for three days! However, the staff at Swappa were very helpful and responded quickly to my concerns. You can buy used electronics with confidence. They do the leg work so you need not fear receiving a stolen device. Furthermore, it seems like the sellers are held to a higher standard and there is better accountability than other sale sites.
