Buyer received my LG V10 on 4/10/17(USPS Tracking), and didn't report the status of the phone upon receiving. 13 days later on 4/23/17 he reports he was using the phone and now it quit working. Swappa requires me to refund the money and receive back the broken phone that I'm sure nothing happened to in almost 2 weeks in the buyers possession. Still currently in this wonderful process! Swappa reflected clean IMEI for both devices
Sprint and Verizon both showed that one had a balance on it the other a return
The 1st phone seller is gone. Must have been abducted by aliens
The second issued a refund, but intentionally incorrectly - therefore funds were stuck in an unclaimed state unless I converted my buyer account to a business account
Too late - the unclaimed state expired and funds returned to seller - and the open case was closed
Swappa does not permit open dialogue on the listed page - everything has to be done on a sales page, HIDING ISSUES such as these from other buyers.
Why?!? So they can continue to falsely claim they have a safe and secure manner for a seller and buyer - giving a very false sense of an additional layer of security above others such as eBay o Craigslist

I was in shock when I saw the price of this iPhone 5 I used to have an iPhone 5s but then moved and had get a different phone so I chose the cheaper version and literally the only difference is speed and the home button extremely happy with this purchasw
What instantly stands out about Swappa is that you can tell they go to great lengths to make sure you know exactly what you're getting when you are arranging to buy something. As a person that avidly buys online, it has everything you could want to make a secure and satisfactory transaction. On top of it all, the staff is extremely responsive and you are given advice every step of the way for any problems that occur.
I found Swappa because it was considered the definitive site for buying used gadgets, and after buying two phones, I can see why. The phones I got were practically new and I got exactly what I wanted out of them.

I have bought two devices on Swappa. The site is easy to navigate and it rarely takes me more than a few minutes to zero in on exactly what I am looking for. Swappa appears to vet the devices on their site well. The two devices I bought were exactly as represented by the seller. I have found that the sellers vary greatly in attitude. Swappa's public interface makes it easy to figure out who the good guys are.
A well run site fair to sellers and buyers. There is no comparison or legit competing site-competitors buy low from you and sell high to you. If you must have the absolute latest iphone/etc just in stores then be my guest-my Apple stock depends on you, thank you.

I purchased two refurbished phones on Swappa. The first did not have a clean ESN as advertised, and I was unable to activate the device. This was frustrating. However, Swappa/the seller were quick and helpful in the return and refund process. The second phone I purchased was a fantastic deal and in perfect working condition. I'll definitely be using Swappa for future electronics purchases.
I've never bought a reconditioned cell phone, let alone bought it sight-unseen on the internet! My experience with Swappa was awesome. I ordered three. The first two were expedited and were rec'd in just a couple of days. Went into our carrier's store and within minutes our new phone were set up and ready to go.
