I bought an iphone 5S from here for a price of 135 bucks. The phone arrived on time and was physically as described in terms of dents and cracks. But after couple of days, I realized the microphones were not working so it wasn't recording my voice on videos, which is a problem although not very major as to render the phone completely useless it matters. When i contacted the seller they offered a reimbursement of 25 bucks for the repair. I don't know if it would have been enough cause i never got it fixed but if it wasn't enough I would have had to pay it out of my pocket since the protection plan (which is an extra 50 bucks and i think is pretty cool) does not cover pre-existing problems. I don't know if it happens often but ask about these details, because the buyer's excuse was that they don't check all the functions. Well, make them check it before you buy it, I am sure if I could have thought and asked about it they would be helpful enough to make a quick control.

I needed an updated phone, and one with software that spoke my language.. Having read many web reviews, I decided that a mint Samsung Galaxy was the way to go, and the price was terrific.
It shipped rapidly and arrived here in two days. It's perfect; I love it. I'm going to list my "old" phone, also in MINT condition, on Swappa and know that someone will appreciate it. It languished in the door-pocket of my car for a year and was seldom used or turned on.
For great electronics at a very easy price...GO SWAPPA!

This site is the only way I will buy or sell a used cell phone. The only issue I had with buying a phone was the condition was quite accurate, but the Swappa staff made it right, and I couldn't be happier.

I have bought 2 things thru this website. A iPhone 7+ 256GB Matte Black and now a Black Series 2 Stainless Steel Apple Watch. I sold my iPhone 6+ thru this website also for a fair price to someone, and the transactions were easy.
I saved a good deal of money and it FOR SURE is better than trying to buy off Craiglist because you can't tell if the phone is stolen, black listed, etc.
This website is fair in what it charges and I recommend it for anything you want to get (if your like me and just can't seem to pay the full MSRP on Apple stuff)

I like that all the listings are approved by staff first. Purchase went as smooth as can be, and the site provided an easy way to have contact between the seller and buyer directly!

Had to return my Note 7. Needed a good phone to get me by till the Note 8 is released. No way was I going to pay top dollar for a brand new phone so I went to swappa. I bought a phone in absolute mint condition with noting wrong with it. Seller was great and communicated with me along the way and assured me I'd be happy. I typically have bad luck with everything I do so I was expecting something to go wrong or be wrong with the phone but I literally got a brand new phone for less than half the price and the transaction went smoothly. Couldn't be happier.
