I needed to replace a phone. I bought one on Swappa from the vendor 'It's All Wireless Inc.' Super fast shipping. Ridiculously well packed. Phone was as good as new. The only way I could tell it was used was I didn't get to peel the protective film off of the screen. Getting all my phones here from now on.

I have lots of experience selling quality good online, mostly with Ebay and Amazon. I decided to try Swappa and had the worst experience ever with this site. Twice they reviewed my listing and twice they demanded tweaks and additional photos. I spent a lot of my time trying to satisfy them. Then they still refused to list my phone since I was making monthly payments on it. I called my carrier, Verizon who told me that they consider me the owner of the phone and that, as far as they were concerned, could see no reason it could not be sold. I went back to Swappa and asked their customer service about this and they would not even respond. So, I went to Ebay, listed the phone, sold it in less than 1 hour. The buyer is very happy with it and activated it without any problems. This could have been a successful sale on Swappa had it not been for the terrible customer service staff.
So what is the problem with Swappa? Try asking them and see. Maybe you'll have better luck. I never plan to use this site again.
Original purchased phone had weird signal problem detected after two week trial period. Seller took it back regardless, confirmed problem and sent me a different phone stat! Works great. Nice to know everyone's on side of buyer!
This was an easy, secure process. The fact Swappa verified the IMEI I had no doubt the device was legit. IT came exactly as stated in the pictures and description. Great follow through as well.
I was a total skeptic of this site. I have read from others it does depend on who you buy from, but in my case, the seller was offering a reasonable price for an iPhone 6s. The seller had an excellent review history on the site and was quick to communicate. I ended up with the product being exactly as described. I've only have had the phone for a few days, so I hope this review retains water.

Bought a "mint" iPhone 6 recently. Phone didn't function properly from the start but was still usable. As time went on the phone rapidly decreased, now it will barely go 10 minutes without restarting. Tried to get refunded or get a different phone from the site but they say they don't deal with that, need to contact the seller. The seller told me they couldn't do anything and pretty much sucks to be you because it was after 30 days. Paid about $400 dollars for a piece of junk phone and can't do anything about it. Ridiculous site, would avoid at all costs. Total scam.
