Phone arrived early. The phone was exactly as advertised. Good price. I like using swappa, I don't have to worry about anything.

When I took my latest purchase into AT&T to get the phone activated, the sales dude try to explain why paying twice as much to him for the same phone was a good idea. No need for such high prices - Swappa is there.

Swappa has been a great resource for me. I've only bought 5 or 6 things through the years... I don't buy often, but when I do, I like to get a great deal. And I'm typing this review right now on a wonderful chromebook that I bought on swappa for $100 less than I could buy it new, and I honestly can't tell the difference. Well, my phone died (almost) - it was getting pretty old/worn and it was time to buy a newer phone. After narrowing the selection I did my shopping and, once again, found exactly what I needed on Swappa. No doubt I'll be back when the time comes.

I have purchased 2 phones and my sister has bought one from swappa as well and we both are very impressed with the honesty and integrity the sellers uphold with telling us what is wrong or not wrong with the phone. You get what you buy, they tell you exactly what your getting bad or good. I got a new iPhone 7 in perfect condition for $300 less than apple sells it. Swappa is Cheaper but Better!

I was a little nervous that the seller might try to rip me off etc. But it was super simple to navigate the merchandise and I loved the fact that they had sections oriented around phones that were ready for certain providers (in my case I go through Ting and Swappa was easier to navigate and look for Ting friendly phones than the Ting website was). I'd definitely use Swappa again!

I rarely write reviews, but I have to for this website. I wasn't sure if I should use this sight but i'm glad i did. I got my iphone for half of what I would have paid at the apple store. I would recommend going with a seller that has a lot of reviews and 4+ stars which is what I did and now I can't get off my iphone lol definitely recommend!

From beginning to end, from the seller making a listing, to the buyer receiving the device, swappa is there to ensure you do not get scammed. From esn checks prior to listing, PayPal for buyer protection, pictures from all angles required, and a checklist to go through when you receive the device. I would never buy a used phone on the internet on any other website or service.
