So far, I have bought two phones & sold one on swappa.com. I think that the way Swappa conducts business allows for someone to buy & sell devices with confidence. The process is a little different than a typical online store, but I believe it helps to hold the buyer accountable to pay what is agreed upon, and the seller to produce what they are describing on the ad. As with all online transactions, doing your research on who you are buying or selling from is vital to a smooth transaction. Swappa helps with that by providing a rating system, and requiring pictures with model #'s to ensure you are buying what is described. I will definitely continue to use swappa.com to buy & sell electronic devices.

I found swappa on XDA prior purchasing my iPhone 6 last year. I had two transactions: one seller did not respond, so the admin helped me refund my money fast. I found another seller, and he was responsive and the phone was accurately described as mint and it's actually verified by one of the administrators/facilitators of the website. Two weeks ago, I did buy a new Galaxy S8. The iPhone 6 is still in perfect condition, so it was a solid year for me, and I am now giving it to my sister lol. It was just the best experience. You just need to read the descriptions carefully. I sure wish the sellers would give me options of what courier I will use to deliver my package.

Rather than just relying on user ratings of seller and buyer as some other sites do, swappa has that extra "big buddy" presence with their staff monitoring even private convos and making sure "everyone plays nice". Site came highly recommended by a top industry insider in the tech stratosphere. Loved my first experience here. Def gives ebay, amazon, newegg and best buy a run for their money.

I randomly found swappa while googling around for an iPhone 6s for sale. Once on the site I realized that Swappa wants to protect the seller and the buyer and they take the appropriate steps to do so. I felt extremely comfortable making a purchase on this website and whole transaction process could not have been any easier. They make it easy to communicate with the seller and you can ask for assistance from site administration if necessary (which I did not need to do but I liked that that was an option if needed).
