I don't believe I have ever had a bad experience in any transaction I've ever made on swappa. The closet was the time where the buyer of one of my devices claimed it would not power on and wanted a refund. He was cool about it but when I got the device back, it powered up with no issue at all. I chalked it up to a case of buyers remorse. Great site, great community...

Having bought & sold many phones on Craigslist, eBay, Amazon I find that Swappa beats all of them. The fees are low, the transactions are monitored and if there is a problem the Swappa staff are very fast to respond. As long as you can fight off the lowballers that inevitably come out on every sale you will be very pleased with outcome. Your wallet will thank you.
I use Ebay a lot and still will, but for buying a used phone, Swappa was much easier. Phone condition was accurate and price always includes shipping. The seller is obligated by Swappa to mail within 2 business days or they will follow up. Super hassle free.
We actually purchased three iPhone 6 plus' in the course of the last month and if it hadn't been for Swappa and Paypal - I believe we would've lost money. The first phone arrived already linked to an iCloud acct so it was unusable to us and Swappa and the seller quickly helped us resolve everything and get thru our return. The second iPhone was never sent even though we had paid. Swappa quickly answered all my private messages and encouraged us to start a dispute in Paypal and get our money back. They say the third is a charm - and such was the case on our third purchase. We continued trying with Swappa b/c even though we had two negative experiences, Swappa handled everything so well for us! I would definitely buy again with Swappa confidence.
I was protected in one purchase from a scammer and didn't buy. In one of the phones I did buy, I got a great deal-- $150 less than at T-Mobile, and got 2 covers and a wireless charger! Both phones I purchased were priced right and arrived perfect as described. I'm a Swappa guy!

I was looking for a phone and Swappa came up in my google search results. I'd never heard of or seen Swappa, so I did a google search on it and it had pretty good reviews, so I went for it. I found the phone I wanted at a really good price and the communication with the seller and the staff was fantastic. The staff is very quick to respond, so you don't feel like you're left hanging. Where as other sites its direct communication with you and the seller and it may or may not go well. My seller was great, the staff was great, I got the phone at a very good price. I know I'll be using this site again for buying or selling

As the title says, this is the only place I'll ever purchase a used phone from. I've never had a bad experience and these guys are really thorough in keeping their sellers as honest as can be done. Both eBay and Craigslist are notorious for stolen phones, not something I worry about on Swappa.
This was my first experience on swaps, and I must say I am more than shocked with the qualities of this website. I am a eBay and Amazon shopper but after doing reviews and research on swappa... I learned that they check to make sure the phones are blacklisted and pictures must be provided and they have no time for the shenanigans. The seller I bought from, this was a new seller but during the entire transaction the seller was more than helpful. I love my iPhone!
